I love fishing bridge pilings for smallmouth. I normally fish them with a tube or a strait tail worm on a jighead. Look for rocks right around the pilings and those ones are the best. Good luck

I always here about guys practicing flipping and pitching. Does this put any wear and tear on your reel? (the button to engage the reel or wearing out parts in the reel) I may being ridiclulus ;D but i just wanted to check and make sure. (I'm using a Revo SX) Thanks for the help

I use a 7' MH Bass Pro Extreme. Works great for me flipping and pitching jigs and other baits.

For a lot of guys, including me, have never even fished for other species so this doesn't come into play for a lot of anglers.

I think it's a good idea I think it would be neat to give an in-depth opinion on a bait, lure, rod, reel, ect.

I used to ask myself this question, but now I know that if a lure imitates a lizard in water that there are no lizards, they still seem to work. Often times in ponds that I know there are no craws, I won't throw one because they don't work as well. The best way to figure out this theory is to try it for yourself.
