I bought a couple packs of the Anaconds last night and I am so impressed with their action. I was a little skeptical to use the 10" at the pond I went to because it has mostly smaller fish. I was shocked at how the smaller hish CRUSHED this worm. They must of been real hungry. I ended up with 6 total. The biggest was about 2.5 lbs. I missed a half dozen or so more because I did not give the fish enough time to take this big worm down. Hats off to Big-O on this bait. This fish was shorter than the worm ;D

Maybe you should contact the ACLU if you truly feel that your rights have been infringed. :'( It should come as no surprise to you that students do not enjoy the same constitutional rights as adults. Even as an adult, there are limits on what one can do and the rights they have. The Bill of Rights does not guarantee unfettered freedom. I can't yell fire in a crowded building(1st) and I'm subject to being searched at an airport or ro***(4th). Administrators have an obligation to maintain order at their school and prevent students from disrupting the learning environment. If an action is deemed to be disruptive to the learning environment or a challenge of authority you are going to get in trouble. As for searching students on campus, administrators are given a great deal of leeway and a reasonable suspicion, not probable cause, is all that is needed. While many have claimed a violation of rights, the courts routinely side with the school in order to preserve the integrity of the learning environment. As for cops off campus, I'd imagine they could find a reason to search you. The best thing for you to keep in mind is that if you are not doing anything wrong than you do not have anything to worry about. By summer of next year you will get to be treated like a big boy ;D
