Same here. I dont even like the knot going into the eyes. I'd rather tie on more leader then deal with the knot. That is the main reason I rarely fish a leader. Will you all be night fishing? It tends to be Trocks best bet this time of year. Which if you are the braid/flouro wont matter.

Just about any bait if not all baits in those two colors are good!

I dont fish chigger craws but craws work very well on a shaky head.

Awesome review!! Thank you. I'm going to do some punching this weekend in a Lake Weed as I call it. I'm going to test a hook idea I've been using lately to see how it works. I've fished tubes on my idea and that worked great. More to come on that if it works.

The price sheet does show a amber bama craw.

I trim my skirts 1/2-3/4 past the hook bend. As far as weedgaurds I do not modify or trim them. I have not found any real benefit for my style of fishing.
