Hey guys I have tied the knot with a wounderful lady on sun Sep 20 2009 It was a wounderful day. Very crazy and full of obsticles as well. First 3 out of 5 of my wifes brides maid gotten sick. So they were figting to get to the hotel early to have there hair and make up done. When we woke up in the morning all the flowers we bought have died. I had the 2 boys with me all day while I had to set up the decerations for the wedding. We were told the the facility would have people there at 6am setting up. They were wrong. There was one cook who was doing all he could and working hard. So Tim my wifes freind from England who I am so grateful for helping me set up alot of the things and watch the boys. Then we drove around looking for new flowers. We ended up going to Wegmans. Thank God that worked out. The Ladies finally got there around 12 and the wedding started at about 2:30. I can't beleive we pulled it all off. But we did. As people arrived I was gettin my Tux on. Then came my beautiful bride. I felt so many emotions I can describe it. I love her and my family so much. All of my freinds were there including Muddy and his girlfreind. What a great time. I wish al you guys could of shared the night with us but we were thinking of ya's. I get it free at work every year. From my understanding if you get the flu often it's best to take the shot and if you rarely get it then it may not be needed as much. I don't agree how ever with making kids get the shot just to go to school. That is not free will.

store fishing is me taking whatever reel im planning on using on the rod im buying and going to the store and test casting a plastic plug around before i plop down my cash. ive done this at BPS and Cabelas. theyve not said anything about this..............yet. that is the berkley rod i store tested. i did not buy that rod but i will say it felt nice. First welcome to Bass Resource I agree with rooster. When i use a light bait with a spinning set up the same thing will happen to me. So I will keep a hand on the foregrip and add some resitence to the line so it spools tight. I use Trilene XL 8lb on spinning

Thanks RM. So how does the drag esactly work? Do the washers creat the friction against the mail drive gear? Or is it from the anti reverse?

Thanks guy I went ahead and assembled the reel it worked great. I did put e very light touch of oil on the sleeve. As I was down at the river tying out the reel I caugh a 11'' smallie. It was cool and the reel is great. The drag is like new now that is the reason why I took it apart but I also wanted to learn. So now I know a little about reels and how to clean and assmeble them. Thank guys for the help.

I got a copy of the Schematics and they are crap. Its so blury that I cant see if there is a BB there.

These are the washers from the main drive gear. One side is smoother on both washers are they saveable?

I am getting ready to reassemble. Looking over everything to ensure I got all the peices and refresh my memory. Then this side plat caught my eye. It looks like it is ment to house a ball bearing Im not sure but I know I don't have it. Look at the area of the tension knob. I have a BB on the spool shaft but not in the knob area. Is this wrong?

So there is BB in the knobs on the cranks always then? What about the Trions?

How did ya do with the reel?
