  5. Very Nice - way to appease the masses . . . . . with the photos. That great rig will no doubt look even sweeter once you start dropping fatties in that massive live well. Congrats once again. A-Jay

  7. My wife always say the same thing - I think the stove heat actually may have the power to heal, at least a little anyway. A-Jay
  8. I think he's been trying but it's a challenge with all that Drool on the camera lens . . . . . A-Jay
  9. The manufacturer describes this model - "Featuring state-of-the-art Toray T-36 ton composite, carbon fiber woven blanks, combined with Phenix's "secret sauce resin," each rod is also uniformly balanced from tip to butt, and equipped with the dynamic actions you need for range of finesse applications." What is Toray T-36 Ton composite ? Are there any other companies using this material ? Thanks in advance A-Jay

I tried them during the free offer deal. I have come to like and trust them. I do use Owner , VMC and Gamakatsu as well, but the Trokar hook has a slightly different shape, length and size which does fit certain baits just the way I prefer. The Trokar hook models I've used have been and stay sharp and I have not had any problems with the hook failing in any way, shape or form. A-Jay
  13. Great point - and of equal importance is to ensure that you refrain from producing any Sound Signals. A-Jay
  14. Thank you for your response. It was a close call for us on the either the Remington or the Mossberg both have off the charts reliability. Agreed, up close and personal a 00 buck pattern is tight. But it's a little wider than a single round of anything else. My wife & I both have many hours with both a 9mm & the 12 ga. (both retired USCG) The gun laws here changed here as of 1 Jan making ownership less of a PIA. Accordingly local supplies are low. We went with what we cold get and feel good about it. I just got a call from the "Gun Gorilla - the Bait Monkey's Big Brother" and a 9 is in the works. A-Jay
  15. Maybe we'll get real lucky and we can watch them flip docks for the whole event. A-Jay
  16. If it's a jerkbait bite - I going with Mike McClelland. A-Jay
  17. So Boats - I almost forgot to ask, as most of us have are slightly familiar with Dr Frankenstein's work - What color will those little bolts that poke out the side of your neck be ? A-Jay
  18. Congrats Man - I remember you saying that you were close to pulling the trigger on one. I've been a fan of that boat since it came out. If I were to break down and get one - that would be it. Looking forward to the photos A-Jay
  19. We'll be thinking of you Boats - Try to stay positive. Give yourself whatever gifts of time and rest you need to feel better - and know that you're surrounded by caring thoughts and prayers and heartfelt wishes. Rest easy & Get well. A-Jay & (Lynn)
  20. LOL ~ ! Dude - You're a Mess. A-Jay
  21. I fish very similar conditions here. Some Parks don't allow it - but fishing at night really does even the playing field quite a bit. A-Jay
  22. Yea - but you seem to be getting Full Time Benefits ! A-Jay
  23. I started using this worm again last summer after a long Hiatus. 9" & 12" are solid producers when fish want a sizable worm. Try a very slow presentation with a split-shot type rig on spinning gear - think outside edge of deep weed lines. Draw a single line down each side of the Scuppernong color with a Black Sharpie . . . . . . SHhhhhh . . . . . . . A-Jay
  24. I've gone the way of - I make my own. Simply tie a small section of old braided line (40-50lb) around your main line in front of the weight using a uni-knot. Quick, Easy, Neat & Cheap. A-Jay
