Meet Roxanne - "Roxi" for short. We sprung her from the local animal shelter. She was listed as a mix of Pit bull and Timber wolf ? ? ? We didn't see that - we recognized her as a Dutch Shepard, ( a Brindle colored Belgian Malinois) fairly uncommon breed that is often mistaken for something else. Either way, at 7 months old shes a fantastic little lady with a great temperament. She seems intelligent and very eager to please. Often used as Service and Search and Rescue dogs, there is little doubt Roxi will keep us on our toes. We love how a puppy always breaths life into the pack and I have a new running partner. A-Jay

OK - In the last two days the bite for lmb has picked up considerably. Haven't seen any beds yet but much of the local population is shallow and very cooperative. Mostly smaller fish so far. I've been probing that first break looking for the fat girls. Today looks sweet and I'm heading out . . . . . . . . . . . Retirement is good. A-Jay

Rolo turned turned me on to these for fishing swimbaits in cover. He rigs hollow belly swimbaits sideways. I've did had success with them last season. A-Jay

I I am not the best source you'll find on BR for Erie info but local knowledge indicates that if the water temps remain in the 50-55 degree range and the water clarity is reasonable - jerkbaits are a good bet. A-Jay
