Are they good with eggs for breakfast? My older brother would cook up big panfish with eggs for breakfast.

The ruger revolvers are one of the strongest revolvers. I've shot very stout magnum reloads in 357mag and in 44 mag. I'd go for the 357 magnum with a short barrel with a in the pants holster. Stainless is good too. S&W are good revolvers with standard loads. The +p or heavy magnum loads aren't recomended.

Wow this would make the other high technology stuff obsolete. Where can I get one?

Here's my true story. I been hunting bear and deer in central Vermont since 1973. We been all over this area in many decades of using my jeep as far as we could drive then walk. Ok here's my true story. We were parked on an access/logging road. To the right was old abandoned Apple orchards which leads into the bottoms. To the left it goes up the mountain to the higher elevation but it slopes in certain areas. Me and my son were on the slope walking slowly talking low parallel to the road. I heard a clawing or scratching coming from the bottoms in the apple orchard. I didn't think much of it at first. We came down off the slope and walked into the orchard on the outer edge between the forest and the orchard. I looked at a nearby tree and seen fresh claw marks where a large cat just climbed it. It was a mountain lion. It heard our voices but couldn't locate us so it climbed up a tree to get a better look. We never seen it but I know they are there I've seen them before. Being aware in the wilds wether we hunt or fish is very important. I've seen Lynx, bobcat, bears plus they have spotted mountain lions were we fish in ct. I fished these areas alone in the past. We have these predators in every state. Just being aware of them could save your life. Use your senses, listen, use your sight and smell. I like to look for tracks and scat. No matter how good you know the area where your hunting or fishing in the wilds it pays to use a compass. When your tracking you can get turned around so many times we can lose our sense of direction. I always carry a compass and take a reading at the car for north and put the arrow in the exit direction. My road runs north to south. If I enter the forest to the west I set the arrow to the east to come out. In my 50years of experience in the forests I've needed my compass once. Trust me it's easy to get lost when tracking. I was tracking a deer when I came across bear tracks so I followed the bear tracks. I got turned around many times. I knew I didn't know what direction was the way out. I didn't panic I had my compass in my jacket pocket. The way out I thought was wrong on the compass but put your trust in a compass mine was right. The bear tracks took me to an area I was never in. Of course now we have GPS but I still carry a magnetic compass. It's the old boy scout in me.

Culprit 12" black shad, black, red shad. I install a rattle in the head. A shot of bass scent. I reel it slow in the shallows or on the surface. Sometimes I use a Carolina rig and twitch the rattle.

It's catch and release too. I'm thinking to bring a seat and fish. Im over due to wet a line again. There are trails that go around this place too. Most of it hasn't been fished. Just a few lures should put anyone on the fish, bomber cranks, rapala original minnow, maps inline spinner, 1/4oz white spinnerbait(manns or Walmart) 1/4oz chartreuse spinnerbaits, top water poppers and spooks would or should work. There's a nearby small dam so the ambushes should be there. Time to take out the hummingbird portable cast out pod fish finder to checkout the bottom depth and structure.

No fishing stuff this year I'm considered to have everything which there pretty much right. I'm stocked up on everything than most mom and pop bait shops.

From 1 1/2 to 6lbs on average in the evenings. More 2- 6 1/2lb+ I scored one (1) 10lber early in the am/dark. There's more numbers of bass in the evenings. There's less in the dark to early am but there bigger and closer to shore. But being stealthy is the key they spook really easy. Give me 10 dinks everyday to catch I'd be happy. Using lures only from shore I was up to 6-9 bass per outing. From shore that's not too bad for one to two+ hours of fishing due to my disability my time is limited. I tell the fish to hurry up. Lol

Finally get some smart people who are in charge in town. My reservoir has been sold to my town. They just opened it up for fishing. I been in the parking lot checking the dock they installed to fish from. I has handicapped parking near the water. I have great access to the shoreline from the car. Now the best thing ever LURES ONLY sign. I think it's because of the foam worm containers that are left behind empty. I have one lake were there are more empty worm containers than rocks on the shore. I do feel sorry for the little kids because they can't use night crawlers. Bill I can put my rod and tackle box on my cub tractor and fish there.

My first experience seeing freshwater eels at night with a flashlight was in a small lake about 44 years ago. They were inches from the waters edge and a very dark gray/brown to a black in color. When I tried black rubber worms(creme 6") I knew what they mimic'd. Of course at that time we had black, natural color being offered and purple color worms were offered soon after. There wasn't much in plastics nor colors back the. The walk to the bait shop was up hill both was. I was a slow shopper so the earth turned up hill in both directions. Lol. My mother's brothers were the outdoorsman in the family. They fished and hunted. They ate everything they killed real old school before the duck guys were cool. They let me taste everything from deer, rabbit, eels (saltwater) etc. He fried the eels with egg and bread crumb batter. They were ok. These were big eels butterfly sliced. The rabbit catcha-tore was great. Tastes like chicken.

I made a set of duo cross tire chains and had the chains grab my 300lb body and throw me to the ground. The tire was heading for me as I rolled out of the way. Here we go with colors again. No problem I love this topic. LOL the color reaction to light. The sunlite and the hues in the water can change the color the bass sees. Bass see certain colors under certain conditions. Under other conditions all the colors will work. My point is when it's a tough day or slow change colors till one works. I still believe the hottest color for worms is black. It matches the freshwater eels. I have a vast array of worm colors too. The Amber red flake and electric blue are my go to colors(senkos). I haven't tried the other colors yet. I've used the black shad and green shad, electric blue culprit worms. I was told once when I asked why my blue rapala was so hot. It seems it turns Brown under certain light and water conditions. It's hot in low light mornings and in the shade. Don't limit yourself to just a few colors. Sometimes I go and sit and throw some new odd color. I laugh when it works. The green shad I was killing the bass from shore on a point. On another day same spot the orange spook was nailing them. Where like a baseball pitcher throwing a change up. Brush hog, creature bait colors too. The red gold flake. My natural craws have black backs with red sides in my ponds/lakes. My rivers and streams there tan to beige.

Stitch we made it another year it's our second Christmas. I went Christmas shopping online and purchased my grandson some awesome stuff from trains, trucks, bulldozer, farm toys etc. I kind of went overboard. It's my mad money anyway. Christmas is for the kids. We came through a lot. My cancer is in remission and unmeasurable right now. I have two more injections to go. One this month and another in 6 months. By next fall I hope to get my strength back. On a bad note I gained some weight back. I have my appetite back. I guess that's good, food tastes good again. Your doing awesome too. What more can we ask for. My plans are still to break the lmb state record. I been two pounds off with my 10lb catch. I been closer but lost them. They just opened up the water shed near me. No power boats. Being a "pro" shore fisherman LOL it's open season. It's a big reservoir. I'm ready to go. We got a second chance at life. I/we worked hard all our life. Now it's "our" time. We raised the family. We're over the hill of life. We earned it now. It's our turn. I can fish, sit and watch the corn and grass grow. I have a few plans now a new dog maybe a rescue. I feel to pass on the good karma we been given. I find abandoned kittens were I fish. I have six right now. I have one yellow lab we adopted as a pup he's 3yo now. I've always wanted a new sporty car. I'm thinking about a new mustang in the springtime. It's time to settle down and go with the flow. We don't have to fight the tide anymore. My only regret is working too hard all the time. I think we all do that. I'm going to make up for that now. I feel guilty not working. But I cut the grass. I seen bear tracks and scat in my freshly tilled garden. Never seen the bear. My wife's girl friend says she seen a bear as long as my kitchen table with the double leafs in cross the road down the street from my house. That's like 6' long. I thought she was kidding me. It showed up in my yard one night. It froze as my dog went to it. My wife went after the dog and they were maybe 25' from the bear. I got mad that she took that chance to save the dog. The bear is that big maybe 375lbs to 400lbs easy. He cleans my fruit trees every fall. I'm a bear hunter but this bruin gets a pass.

The Robertson clan likes them on duck dynasty. I never had them yet but everyone says they eat good. How do you cook them?

Bushnell banner scope with the BDC option. That's the bullet drop compisation out to 500yds. The top turret is adjustable from 100yds to 500yds with no guessing, no hold over no Kentucky was windage. I been using two of these in the earlier models. My scopes go from a woodstove heated trailer to ten degrees outside they never fogged up or broke the seal. For around or under $100 the quality is hard to beat. My 338win mag, my 30-06, my 308 saiga and my m14 308 all use the Bushnell scopes with the BDC option. I hunt bear in the heart of bear country with the highest bear population. I can't afford a scope to fail. My Bushnell scopes have never failed me yet nor do I expect them too. My first two Bushnell scopes are ten years old now. With my 338wm I hit a dime sized target at 170yds standing up hand held. I can put two bullets through the same hole at 100yds. Bushnell scopes are awesome. I have a giant trophy buck that is elusive. He seems to flap his ears and sticks his tounge out at most who see him from a distance. My 100 to 500yds BDC Bushnell option will get me this buck. I let him pass on his genes for years now. I'm going to give him a little kiss then fill my freezer.
