This looks very intresting. This is new to me. So do you fish a small weedless hook and some kind of weight in the tip of the worm?

I did get the Hiber-net for fathers day. Do you guys have any input on this net? It does seem hard to get the net all the way open?

I just was wondering if anyone fishs the Bitsy tube or just a 4 in. tube? And what is your go to color?

The Northstar are the only jig I fish. I fish there football alot in deep water in the summer. I like the arky heads. And I fish the Netbait chunks,Paca craws,baby paca's and the ribbon tail worms on them.

For me there is only one jig= NorthStar jigs!!!! Northstarcustombaits.com I like post spawn and the jigs that I like are his new gill in the Arky head or a swim jig.1/4 to 1/2 oz. Remember the bass are going to feed on them bluegills.And then I like his dirty water color jig and any green to brown jigs to perch or gill colors.That is what works for me in the lakes that I guide on.But for you it may vary in colors,for your lakes.Give the Northstar a try you will not be sorry! Best jig I have ever fished!!!!

Catt, I do real well on the brush hog but they seem to bite it better at night. And the baby brush hog works better in the daylite hours for me up north. But one color that I have found that is HOT is the Candy bug. it liooks like a june bug color but it will out fish the June bug hands dowm.It is more of a black grape color.

I guide at night in Wisconsin. Here are the baits I fish at night. Big black Jitterbug ( change out the hooks ),big worms up to 15", 3/4 oz.football jigs,swimming jigs,beaver baits,Paca and baby Paca craws! I know I am forgeting some.I fish deep water from 10 to 40 ft. I fish them on a T-rig, C-rig, drop shot,or a C-drop shot rig.

I agree with Francho, senko's work on a drop shot and it is not too much plastic, just a bigger hook. Did you try a Zoom french fry, or there Centipede,or the Zoom meat heads. Great drop shot baits. But you may still get them pannies.But these are great baits. Just my two cents.

Craws are out from the spring up to the late fall. Craw baits catch a ton of bass all summer. If you don't fish a craw bait in the summer, only you are missing out on some great bass fishing! I guide at night alot in Wi.and I do night trips and the craw is one of my go to baits. Brush hogs, jigs,Paca,baby paca's,and the list is too long!

I fish ribbon tail worms on a 3/4 football jig in deep water in the summer. I just trim the body off a bit. It is a killer!

I did retire May 31 so now I can live my dream and guide more and just fish during the week and let the others have the lake on weekends. It sure feels weird not to have to go to work. 059:

Bend your hooks up and out jist alittle and you will have much better hook ups.

Give the Snag proof Phat frog a try. You CAN'T sink this frog! It has a air chamber inside so it will NEVER sink. Great frog, it is the only one I fish anymore! I hope I did help.

The jig looks nice but! For $9 bucks you can buy 3 or 4 of the Northstar jigs.

Yep, My friend called me and wanted to know if that was a good deal!!! I told that was a steal. He said that they had 4 combos and if I would want one! Well I did want one but I was saving up money to get my Humminbird 898. I told to buy all of them and sell them on E-Bay for $100 and make $50 on each one. I don't think he will make a CEO ant time soon LOL.
