  1. I have tryed this many times and it works great. I use a C D 7( floater ), and try a tube bait with a ear plug or strafoam and it will make the tube float.
  2. And the Mojo is a heavy rod compared to the Veritas!
  3. Not sure,I would call and ask for the fishing dept. and I am sure they will know by now!!
  4. Yep, I just want to add one more thing! I have done seminars at Bass pro and I take two bait cast reels, of the same kind ( Citca's )of reel and same line and lb. test. I show the people both reels and the memory of both lines,I now spray one reel with the KVD L & L cond. and one hour later the memory of the sprayed reel is gone!! It does work!!!
  5. I too would agree, with this.I work at a Gander store part/time,and I have looked at these rods and if it were me i would pass! One, it is made up of part fiberglass and they seem a bit heavy to me.With the part fiberglass you give up sensitivity. It would be a better crankbait rod. Just my two cents! And for pitchin/flippin I would want more sensitivity.
  6. It will not harm your reels! I spray on all my reels the night before a trip. And I soak the reel ( line ) when I spray. I have been useing the KVD line & lure cond. for years and I have never had a problem with the reels or the line!!!! Reel Magic I would never use on my line or reels!
  7. Snag proof Phat frog. Pop-r, a big black jitterbug.
  8. I sprayed some on my car and now it goes 30% farther!
  9. I am on board with these posts. Great rod at a good price. I have two of them and will buy another this year.
  10. Ok, the Bass Pro Spring Classic is two weeks from this Friday. Did any of you get your classic flyer by now?????
  11. I too agree, it is the best, worth the money!
  12. You can order wright from Yamamoto.Just look up there web site and they have it all!
  13. Gamma would be it for me now that Gamma is out again!
  14. If you want to get good at fishing jigs! Then leave ALL your other baits at home and just go fishing and take the jigs and fish them all day,and what a difference it will make! If you take your other baits along you will for sure, put the jig rod down and go back to your old faithful bait!
  15. That would be a first for Shimano!! Goods news!
  16. Yes, that is correct, as long as there are no eyes missing, and the rod is in good working order and nothing wrong with it. You could bring in a old cheap rod and get up to $40.00 off!
  17. I would go with the Verias, I have two of them and I love these rods for the money!
  18. I have too much sugar in me to do that!
  19. Dale told me that they are up and running at full speed! I think they will have a bit of trouble getting back to where the Gama name was. But he is a new owner and he has sent samples to BPS. So we will see! But I think Tackle Wharehouse has it. I love the line so I will be buying for sure.
  20. I did see these frogs at the Gander store. And they look real nice, but I will stay with the Snag Proof Phat frogs. But I may try one!
  21. I did talk to Dale Black ( the Owner ) and the Gama Line is back! This is VERY good news! You can buy it online and I am not sure what stores have it. They hope to be back at the big retailers soon!
  22. Not a bad deal if you are looking for a good rod!
  23. When you get your Classic flyer in the mail it should say in there what the dates will be. I was told that there will be a rod & reel trade in. Call your store and speak to the manager!
