  1. Not bad. I can't buy one up here this year. I don't usually run around to much for musky, pretty much stay on one lake. I don't know if it has been the weird weather this year or what. Normally toy with atleast one on any given outing, but haven't even turned one this year. Post more pics so I can try and remember what they look like.

Sounds like a LOADED question! ;D When the tubes have rounds in them. When the clip or magazine has rounds in them and is afixed to the firearm. When the chambers are loaded on a dbl action revolver When the chambers are loaded on a sgl action revolver, even if the firing pin rests on an empty one. (For the ones with no transfer bar safety) Single and double bbls. rounds in tube(s) action broke. Loaded.
  3. We did o.k. over here. Spencer had a bunch of rotation, but nothing come of it. All the hail stayed north and south of us. A couple of trees got loosened up a bit. But if you lean alittle they don't look so bad. Pulled a boner though. Got home yesterday, and found that I forgot to pull the plug on my boat. Wow! Tires were squattin' pretty good!
  4. Congradulatons, and good luck to her!
  5. All that, and a talking bass. Man, you got it all covered! ;D
  6. That thing is the BOMB !!!!!!!!!! ;D
  7. Alster, obviously this kid meant alot to you, and I'm very sorry for the pain. as RW said, sharing your good memories, and your faith with the family will be good for everyone. I do pray that you and the family can work through the loss as comfortably as possible. With respect, ff15
  8. Unfortunately the media is a necessary evil. You can choose to turn a blind eye OR take the time to wade through the different information given as well as the different opinions on any given topic and decide for your self what's right or wrong. Informed opinion is what makes the world go round. It makes life easier when you choose what to ignore and what not to, but if everyone would do that, we may as well give up our liberties, the right to vote, and the right to form any opinions. I agree, watching and reading the news can be very depressing alot of the time, but each gerneration needs informed leadership. I guess it's a matter of whether someone wants to be something of a leader or a follower. I'm not bashing anyone for their views. I am not at all making this personnal. Just something to think about.
  9. Rodgers has been warming up in the bull pen for a long time. If Favre wants to be released, so be it. In my opinion Rodgers has, to the most extent, proved himself. He's level headed, agile can think on his feet. And he can scramble with the best. He's had a great mentor and no one can take that from Favre, but Rodgers deserves his shot now. He's paid his dues. Sorry Brett. Your one of the best, if not the best QB ever, no one can take that from you. Let it go!

  11. Welcome to the forums!!
  12. Link ,the inly scary thing about a baitcaster is that once you have one, your gonna want another......and another......and another...... Get the picture? ;D
  13. So your good to go?
  14. In my first post I offered the option of a spinning set up. And I stand by it. I don't reccomend it, but the post did not mention if his dad used baitcasters. And I'm gueesing, by the post, he probably doesn't. Landing muskies with spinning gear is not optimum, but I've had to do it over the years. I was only offering him an alternative to breaking his wallet. 25 yrs ago the heaviest line I fished with was 30# test dacron, and it worked famously. Nowdays I use 20# test mono with a darn good leader. Not that it couldn't happen, but I haven't had to cry yet.
  15. Don't forget whos fleet that is sitting on the strait of Hormuz. Ours. and that was our Rear Admiral last week tha made the comment that any action of war in the Strait by Iran would be met with naval retalliation. I don't know about anyone else, but the middle east as a whole scares the hell out of me right now. One wrong move by any one and your gonna wish for the days of $4 gas. Just my opinion. ff15
  16. I can tell there's no anxiety. ;D If you would have wet yourself 58 weeks ago you may have been back earlier!!!!!! ff15

  20. Normally, I wouldn't have bought any. Until I came to the forum and read all the great posts on the stuff. I must say, there is no gimmick to it. It just plain works! BTW, after spooled, I spray it on liberally, then wipe of the excess. Seems to soak in reel good.
  21. Great sketch. Usually the mark of a man with imagination. Keep up the nice work.
  22. I'm sure you were smiling, but tell me which of you three was smiling the most, (Gavin)? Great fish by the way.
