  1. Pretty smooth. But why would a fireman have a spidy-suit laying around the fire house?

I love a good hamburger now and then. I also wouldn't be able to go without a steak now and then. Mmmm...i can taste it now...
  3. Man, am I jealous! That looks like quite an adventure! Keep us updated!
  4. Just a quick question; i don't want to steal the post: How can you see the fish. I have a pair of polarized sunglasses, but still can't seem to find any.
  5. My buddy and I went out to Henry County, Georgia's new reservoir and we did alright. I caught 5 lmb and he caught only one. We were in the same boat and fishing the same spots. The only difference that I can think of would be our lures. I was using a Zoom 6 inch pumpkin seed with a chartreuse U-tail while he was using a watermelon seed finesse worm. Anyone have any reasons why I might have caught more fish?
  6. Nice one man! I'd agree, it's about 4.5 to 5 lbs easy.
  7. I go with the original Black and Chrome every time!
  8. shoot. i know i could catch a bunch if i could fish 30-40 hours a week. another help would be more variety in my locations.
  9. I just give them their distance, and I've never had any trouble with them.
  10. I just can't believe that. The community of fishermen seems to be an honest one. It sucks that someone has to make us look bad like that. I do keep my rods in my toolbox in the back of my truck locked up.
  11. nice! i'll probably be heading up there pretty soon! thanks for the tip!
  12. What are your favorite plastic lure and what kind of retrieve would you use with it?
  13. 30,000 acre lake. to yourself. must be nice. i've got to beg borrow and steal to find places to fish.

  15. Very well put! I'm going to have to remember most of those!
  16. It is a sad thing. I'm only 20, and I can't believe the way that kids aren't into the outdoors. I love being in the outdoors and in nature. There is nothing else that I would rather do than hike with a tent, sleeping bag, and a fishing pole for two or three weeks at a time.
  17. I agree with clipper, the inserts that they make can make a huge difference when it comes to back pain. I am a runner, and many people with difficulties in thier back, legs, and other things say that the orthodics work wonders.
  18. i'm good at getting my expensive lures stuck in trees. : [ even if the lure isn't expensive, i can't stand it!!!
  19. Me too man! I thought I knew how to fish until I joined here! Now I realize that I know almost nothing!

  23. i've never used the dropshot, but have been reading up on it lately. i learned a good bit from this page alone! thanks guys!
  24. How would you put the hook into the fish most effectively when fishing with bluegill/bream/brim as bait?
  25. I normally only fish in ponds and lakes. I was not aware that bass live in creeks until i started reading some stuff on here. I'm just interested in what kind of creek to fish and what to use when creek fishing compared to pond/lake fishing.
