  1. Crappie, Catfish and sea trout
  2. I usually get good deals as well, but usually that item is not one of the hottest items of the year and can't even be found in stock but in only a select places. And it was just an estimate on the percentage off, I forgot to be PC on the board, my mistake. Enjoy the rods, you should have all 12 for that price by now.
  3. Thanks for the article I was consider both as well
  4. I fish all St. Croix. Love their products
  5. for just a few more dollars you can get something a lot better, just consider it
  6. x2 I use the rod for the same application.
  7. I would sent it to the reel mechanic and have it serviced, I hear he does good buisness
  8. Amber is best all around color, good luck to you !!!
  9. I've missed some on the shad, I'll have to try it out.
  10. Exactly parallel to the shoreline is where it's at
  11. I'm anxious to try the bonzeye jr, looks goods
  12. I've also switched over to use fluro as a leader. Seems to work well with the braid as the backbone...
  13. I need to find one of these near me, where are they mostly located?
  14. I wouldn't use fluro w/ spinnerbaits
  15. I spool mine up with 135 yrds of braid, the only problem is you get a knot with braid and it's a nightmare for me over mono. The 25lbs should be fine,
  16. I would also switch to a 8# spinning setup. I recommend the Pflueger President 6735. A nice reel for the money,
  17. I believe its designed that way so that you won't be switchin between the two modes with some effort. It'll keep the reel from going between the two modes when you dont' want that too happen. I got two reels and they both do the same.
  18. Mojo rods are good, but fish an IMX or a Legend Tournament for a day and you'll modify your comment. To get to the original question its a toss up, great rods though. I love my IMX custom. X2 Mojo aren't even in the same league. Definitely go with the IMX, they're amazing rods and like others said, loomis really backs their product. Your probably right, if I could afford an IMX I would have one and probably wouldn't have settled for a Mojo. I fish for fun man, that's it and this rod is fun and a lot cheaper. Also I didn't even say in my original post that it was better than the other two aforementioned rods, I said "I have a Mojo and I love it", why not consider it, so no I won't be modifying my previous comment. Thanks though
  19. I would suggest a spinning setup, seems they are geared more towards lighter lines.
  20. I have yet to try the bobby's perfect we shall see then
  21. Usually Ebay is the only place that sells in bulk...that i've seen
