  1. RW exactly what type of Panthe Martin lures?
  2. I have no idea, I knowed it's stocked twice a year with 920 trout each time. I haven't fished there before but the website says it's stocked with rainbow trout. I guess I"ll have to wait and see.
  3. Bream fishing is the best, you should go to your local bait shop and buy some Cricket Hooks. Trust me they say cricket hooks on them. Wal-Mart carries them as well. Slip a small bobber on and put a live cricket on a cricket hook and you'll wear em out. I've also caught them on wax worms, Catawba worms, also you can try for the biggin' on a jig head with meal worms. Main thing is they love live bait, not so much night crawlers though. Good luck, remember to watch out for those spines. !!1
  4. I will be fishing a lake that is seasonally stocked with trout. I was wondering what would be a good bait to buy and try out? Also where would these trout more than likely propagate too in the lake? Thanks for any help, Adam
  5. Wow I can't wait to get back to trout fishing.
  6. I used the Yo Zuri Hybrid line for a while, and it performed well. Now I'm looking to get the Ultra Soft from Cabelas.
  7. I've noticed with flippin' it's for me easier to accomplish with a longer rod 7'6".
  8. I said medium heavy for sure. But more importantly get a Fast Tip that makes a big difference as well.
  9. I bought a Mojo Bass. Can't wait to try it out this year. I almost bought a premier but I like the way the Mojo feels. And it's cheaper as well.
  10. Just to let you all know I found some Cavitron Buzzbaits at Dick's sporting goods. So know more ordering online. If you like buzzbaits these are by far the best made. Check em out.
  11. Never heard of one. Except for one here. Where are the located mostly?
  12. They are very light, but I recomend casting them on a light line maybe a #6 pound fluocarbon. Bass will pick up these with they are pressured. It's called finesse fishing. But the truck worms work everywhere. I've caught bass, bowfin, big bream on them as well. Chartuerse work well for me.
  13. I agree x2 Those shads will get destroyed. Plus it works like a weedless buzzbait. Worth a try for sure.
  14. Yeah I found them at BPS as well. I hope they work well. They kind remind me of a worm that Brent at * offers. Maybe not. Hope it works as well.
  15. I personally don't. I enjoy the outdoor sounds. Plus one too many times I've almost stepped on a snake and that extra noise pickup is key.
  16. Only she was injured during the retrieval and it was gonna die either way. I catch and release all.
  17. Farm pond you should have no problem assuming it's warm with senko type baits. They always produce in farm ponds for me.
  18. I bought into the Mojo Craze...The St. Croix mojo Bass rods are light strong and cheaper @ $90. Give them serious consideration.
  19. thanks I'll check it out this spring and summer if I can.
  20. I wouldn't pull the trigger on that reel. It will become more of a problem the longer you fish. I've fished it and it's not worth the money. I would reccomend looking for a good used reel. If your interested I have last year's Quantum Tour Edition PT Burner used probably 50 times I"ll let go for $80 plus shipping. Now that's a quality reel. Let me know but overall don't buy this reel.
  21. Check out Cabela's under Hank Park's Duck Boat Paint. I bought and gallon and it covered my 12 jon boat for 3 coats plus the trailer for two. It's a good paint that can be applied with a gun.
  22. I was gonna say I have a website that you can get the new Quantum TE PT VI for $ 215 Quantum Engergy for $ 145 Quantum Catalyst for $ 115 Also he has the Quantum Accurists for $ 72.95 but I know BPS is selling them this weekend for $ 49.95. Any luck withe Accurists and the flippin' Switch. Think it would work with braid? Thanks,
  23. Thanks, I'll have to check it out. Thanks again,
  24. I've always had luck on the finesse worms Watermelon Red with a very light line and weightless but sometimes the shakey head will work as well.
