  1. It is crazy stiff....I have a 15lb spool and it's like fence wire....you can't properly tie a knot with 17lb....It's worse than 35lb mono
  2. Don't waste your money....junk
  3. I would actually get a variety of trailers. Matching trailers and jigs is good but sometimes a slight mismatch can be a step better.
  4. My dad swears that the best bait for our local lake is a junebag power worm...granted it works well but there have been many times i have caught fish on melon BPS tender tubes and baby bass kinami flash when he can't get bit...no where near his color or presentation.
  5. If it's strength your looking for, then go with cxx
  6. I have heard it referred to as invisirope....honestly I don't think it's possible to have an invisible braid.
  7. Already banned in 57 states and 12 countries.
  8. I've never fished there but I don't think they are that specific...have you ever fished anything else? You should through a blue senko
  9. I like the BPS weedless tube hooks.
  10. Can't stand Charlie Moore...what a *****
  11. I dont understand..Why cant they grab and stop them? I'm glad i didnt work there, i would of tackled them thinking i was doing a good deed! Unless you're a police officer it wouldn't be prudent to touch them. Many stores won't even let their employees touch people who are stealing from them for fear of lawsuits. My brother had a idiot roomate in college who was caught stealing whole beef tenderloins from Harris Teeter. One of the employees tackled him from behind outside and he busted his chin open. The police came and arrested him. Once their corporate management got wind of how he was apprehended, Harris Teeter quickly apologized and agreed to dropped the charges if he agreed not to press charges against them (something he never even threatened). It's almost ridiculous as to how the laws are set-up. People breaking into your house can sue for injuries. A shop lifter can't be apprehended on the premises of a store and still can't be apprehended by store personnel, with the exception of security, when in the parking lot.
  12. I wish I could watch this...Don't have Nat. Geo. here on the basic cable and it's never on when I am at my parents home to watch it on Direct TV....
  13. This just displays the need for corporal punishment. Kids get off too easy these days. I'm 24 and don't have kids but I got my fair share of whippings when I was younger. I was paddled in grade school and never acted up again.
  14. Berkley makes a watermelon purple red color that looks close to the camo color...maybe
  15. The prices are a little high for me. I do have two Lucky Craft RCs bt Rick Clunn is american so are they really Japanese?
  16. I bought a pack of the baby money craws the other day at Dick's but they were $3.99, not 6.99. I definitely think the Paca and Rage Tail Craws will be better but I haven't fished the money craw yet
  17. I had my Pro Qualifier re-tipped at BPS last year and haven't really noticed mush of a difference.
  18. Last years Quantum Energy's can be found on eBay for around $100 and they are not bad reels at all. Pflueger Patriarchs can be found on eBay for around $150 and with the UBS you can fine tune the brakes to fit your personal casting abilities.
  19. Crankin Stick. I have a 6'6'' M for shallow and medium divers and it is a great rod, especially when you can get it on sale. I have handled a 7' MH and it is a great rod as well.
  20. I like Trilene Sensation in 10-12lb....I'm using 10 right now on my rod for smaller plastics. It's a fairly limp line and feels smaller than other 10lb lines I have used like the P-Line CXX and BPS Excel. For my crankbaits I am using 12lb Yo-Zuri Hybrid.
  21. No kidding....definitely a problem I could live with
  22. Flourocarbon will sink with topwater baits pulling it under some
  23. http://cgi.ebay.com/QUANTUM-ENERGY-PT-E750PT-BAITCAST-REEL_W0QQitemZ310124949444QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?_trksid=p3286.m20.l1116
