  1. Can you get a 6'10''MH or 7'M Carrot Gold? I'll pay you $110 + shipping It would depend on what you want them for and which are available to you. If you're looking for a shallow crank and jerkbait rod, get one of the two carrots I mentioned. If you are looking for a good all around spinnerbait, jig, t-rig rod, 7'H Kistler Mag TS
  2. I would go with a 7'M for trebles (shallow-mid cranks, jerkbaits, and topwater), 7'MH for spinnerbaits, jigs, and t-rigs, and then a 7'-7'6''H for larger jigs, heavier cover, and carolina rig.
  3. That screw got me when I first got my Code and tried breaking it down.
  4. I use these, they are actually cheaper at walmart. I have never had a problem with hook sharpness or quality. http://www.arkiejigs.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=AJ&Product_Code=SKY&Category_Code=SK
  5. I have come to like revenge spinnerbaits.
  6. some very interesting choices my favorite
  7. I have two setups that I use for shakey heads, one baitcasting and one spinning. Baitcasting Rod - 7'M Daiwa Zillion Reel - Daiwa Alphas 103 Line - 10lb P-Line Floro-clear Spinning Rod - 7'M Damiki Dark Angel Reel - 2500 Shimano Stradic CI4 Line - 8lb P-Line Floro-clear As for the jig head I usually use Arkie Finesse jigs that you can get at Wal-Mart. Worm - *** Finesse Worm, Zoom Finese & Trick Worm, Roboworms, Netbait Finesse Worms....just about any soft plastic.
  8. Evolution is a decent line, I used 12lb last year on a few reels. I prefer CXX and CX over it but you got a good deal on it.
  9. What's with reviving 5 year old threads?
  10. I use spinning but that's because I'll have a weightless hook setup on a spinning rod that can throw senkos, finesse worms, and any plastics of any weight.
  11. I liked Domino's before but I always got deep dish. I'm going to have to try it now. I like their 3 for $5.55, get a sandwich, bread bowl pasta, and a pizza and you're set for three meals for less than $20.
  12. Regardless....Paypal has caught on to the fact that people have been paying via gift and now the buyer is charged the fee, you have the option to pay it or not but if you don't pay the charge, it is taken out of the price before received by the seller, just as it is normally. So now, paying via gift waves you're buyers protection and charges the fee as well.
  13. Finally someone that gets it, well....not gonna say lame because I really liked it but it is basically a live action-ish Ferngully...with blue cat people.
  14. I use a Dobyns Mike Long rod with a Revo Toro but I here Okuma makes a good rod for less than $100
  15. Yeah...the Carbon Steel rods are the new version of the old Graphite series rods, definitely seem worth the sale price.
  16. I thought that too but it was with the 7'M which is the crankbait rod so it doesn't count
  17. That is an extremely wise decision. Never, ever stand in front of a loaded gun. may work for girls but a little boys water wiggle goes 360
  18. did you order them straight from Kistler or a 3rd party source?

  20. The best "cheap" crankin rod is a BPS Crankin Stick. The Berkley Amp rods also seem very well for trebles.
  21. should be #1 for crappie, but for bluegill, waxworms and crickets trump all
  22. The nitro is basically an inshore extreme and is meant to be a tank to hold up to fishing for big bass in thick cover. The others mentioned would be better suited for overall applications. The RC is at good price right now.
