*HELP*Carrot stix
you are going to have to decide which you want, one for worms or one for cranking. For worms I would say the 6'9'', 7', or 7'3'' all MH. For cranks get a parabolic cranking rod, size and power to be determined by types of cranks, now that I look at them it doesn't really matter, they are all Medium, I would get the 7'3'' for casting reasons

muddy water cranking.
I too would say it's more about the action, displacement, and sound rather than just the color. I tend to like a deeper sound, one knocker if you will, something that travels. Also a wide wobble will displace more water making it an easier target

What rod & reel for weightless plastics
I throw my weightless plastics on a spinning outfit but for casting I would recommend a 7' m rod with a reel that has a fairly shallow spool like he daiwa sol or a pflueger patriarch lp. I would use either mono or copoly line for line watching because it floats, some may say braid but I don't like it for anything other than strength.

Take a cooler or two full of ice and add so much so often to keep the temp down and add extra oxygen- where can i get shipping tubes???
I just use a tackle warehouse tube- Time to get cranking...
took it out this morning and really like it. balances very well with the Curado. nice soft tip that launches cranks far but allows for accurate casting when need and transitions into backbone reasonably fast for glass. Was only out for 3 hours and stuck two with it, one a dink that was foul hooked in the back and then a 1 1/2 - 2lber that hit after a deflection off of a bridge piling. Have to say it's the best cranking rod I have handled, worlds above my bps crankin stick but I expected that. The feel of it is great, really sensitive allowing for detection of rock, grass, mud, and the feel of the bait on the end is unbelievable. I fish a series 5 SK, Norman Deep Little N, and a DD22 and it handled all three baits quiet well. I actually gained 10-15' on the cast from crankin stick, same reel for both and actually less line today. Overall I am very pleased.- baitcasting-easiest casting reel
That's the ticket- NEW world record bass caught lake biawa, japan!!!
Pending certification, the Japanese may have taken this record from us, but we have the hotdog eating world record and the mustard yellow belt for one more year- Rapala Floating Minnow

And yes, they do bite that small. In fact, if you showed that to Burley, I think he might be surprised that they bite that big ;D- New Crank Hooks
I remember an episode of the bassmasters last year where Kevin Van Dam won on a red eye shad that had Mustad Triple Grips and Zona said that he didn't lose a single fish the whole tourney. But he has lost fish since so who knows, I'm actually debating on getting some for my SK baits and Fat Free Shads, I hate bronze hooks.- 12 lb yo-zuri ultra soft
I use 12lb Hybrid on my Energy PTi30 with no problems. It's a big reel, same size as a Pflueger x6740...not sure how that relates to a shimano or daiwa but these are pretty large spools. I just fill my spool up 90%, one spool will last over a year.- Coploymere fishing line???
P-Line- need a new flippin stick need help picking one
sounds like a good deal...never fished an energy but they were always in the back of my mind when looking at rods - hello from nky
