  1. C'mon man,....give some props to my latest sponsor,...Muscle Milk! (for real, lol) this mornings drinks. 12 oz creatine/no2 blast 17 chocolate Muscle Milk Coffee I've never had prune juice, but prunes aren't all bad. What's the purpose to people drinking prune juice (on a serious note)
  2. check the jon boat rebuild sticky. There's aluminum, 1x1, etc. Plenty of ways to do it depending on budget, talent/tools and weight specs. As for the console, are you any good with fiberglass? It's like arts & crafts for adults, lol Welcome Aboard
  3. remember, bend your knees, don't hurt your back. It's a loooong way down to those handles.....while you're down there, take a few breaths and see what Oxygen is like.....shake some of that snow off your head too,.....take advantage.
  4. Due to your young age, you are speaking of things you don't know about. An alcoholic is more likely to be flaccid than 95% of men over 50 who don't drink/smoke,....... How's that Sunday morning hangover young gun?
  5. Cause I'm 6'8, in my twenties, and dont have a pony tail? mmmmmhmmm..... Yes. Don't let these things stop you from trying though. admittedly owned,...that was great, lol
  6. Yea, maturity allows us to enjoy a good joke when we see it. You'll understand if you ever get over your insecurities,....plenty of time, plenty of time.....
  7. Yup, but that's not a smile, it's the beginning of an all out gut buster. It was the moment I realized why the spider bit little miss mike muffit where it did. It was the only place with enough meat to sink it's fang into.
  8. That's the "caretaker" in them,....the feel bad for you dude. :-/ (I guess we are going to have to explain everything gentlemen)
  9. Explains the line of dudes at your bedroom window last night. I am assuming some were customers and some were just there to participate in the spank box you set up for your 20th B-day. : :-* I'm not judging,....to each his own, but knowing now how you swing, there will be no more comments about our women. With age comes wisdom and all the cougars know y'all are too young to have learned any of the good stuff yet. (well, maybe not Tin, he stayed at my house for a week, had access to my computer,...lots for him to learn on there, and again,...he IS from RI, lol)
  10. Happy Birthday Mike!!! 8-) U2 Jimzee!!!
  11. The old senko, trick stick, dinger theory. Pick one, as you've proved, they all catch the fish
  12. This isn't the level of sponsorship you are thinking of Cade, these are "community relation" type endorsements. (Lake Fork tackle)(we never heard who the rod manufacturer was or how that turned out) Lake Fork does fully sponsor a few anglers, but not Jr.s. Their support of Caleb is great, the young guns can use all the help they can get. It also shows him that others believe in him. It's a GREAT open door to a learning experience so when he hits 18, he'll have a better idea of how the sponsorship thing works. Think of it as a "development" team of sorts. The up and coming pro staff potentials. This is something US Ski Team does also. There is a development team (J2's and J3's- Olympic hopefuls). There is also an "A" team and a "B" team that are in constant competition. Excel and you move from development to "B" and then from "B" to "A". "A" is full ride. Even at B level, you pay your own way except for living and travel expenses. This is the level where you start approaching potential PERSONAL sponsors, not the ones that already sponsor US Ski team, i.e. Kodak, Visa, etc but sponsors for equipment, clothing, etc . Caleb, step up and introduce yourself, you may be surprised at who monitors BassResource.com This site is a great place for most every manufacturer out there to hear your story. Your dad is super proud of you and your #'s are evidently impressive, we want to meet you!!! lots of jr.'s out there that could benefit from hearing your experiences!!
  13. Never underestimate 1 man teams. Ever see a sniper? Didn't think so
  14. So are you going braid 365 or just when in the heavy junk? and nice day
  15. I'm close. I think he wants to know if there's no topwater bite at night, he finds that the old countdown way (method) still produces. Anyone have the same experiences? (anyone know what the countdown way is?)
  16. That's fine, just remember the rules,....Home by the time the street lights come on!! Can't wait to see Mrs. Depends on your big wheel either, have someone take a pic for us
  17. ok guys, this is all fun and good, but we still haven't made a decision yet. It's Saturday night,.......who's going to babysit??? Muddy took last Saturday, anyone want to volunteer?
  18. STOP This was my reasoning also. The rhino lining didn't hold up, it did everywhere but on the V-channels where you need it. On top of that, it adds a ton of drag to the boat. What we ended up doing,....pure genius,lol,...was we took a 5 ft section of 2x6 and put 6 wheels on it. It's a launch dolly.
  19. BassBus II is born!! Now u have to come to Kentucky with us!!
  20. I'm waiting for them to realize they keep choosing their words from a guy who wears blue make-up, a skirt and has hair down to his shoulders...... Something "underlying" there I think...
  21. Smell that? Who's turn is it to change Tin? :-/
  22. Someone bump the crib? Turn the nap room light on at the day care center? Got a big play date today? Found your first hair when you took the midnight wizz and are too excited to get back to sleep? Game on young chitlin
  23. Company name/address, contact, and time terms of your contract but do not divulge the other terms, they are your personal business. There are a few reasons to state current affiliations up front: - the company may have products or products coming that are in direct conflict with your current sponsors -For a reference. Many of the folks in the industry know each other. -It's attractive to some, complete opposite to others, depends on their needs. You want to be a good fit so the more info they have, the better they can evaluate how tight of a fit it will be -previous representation's sales performances can be a direct reflection on your ability to move product -Your current list of sponsors also tells a lot about you to the employer. Does this angler accept anyone willing? Does he/she have "conflicting" sponsors,....sponsors of questionable ethics, etc This says a lot about your character and motive. ex: Don't apply for sponsorship from Marlboro if you're currently under the Nicoderm banner. If you have both on your list.....well now, how does that look? It says that you are sneaky, manipulating, untrustworthy etc because it's obvious that you held the relation with one from the other when you approached them. NOT someone I would want to represent my company. -and plain and simple, ....do they themselves recognize the products you have represented? (have you been successful in getting previous products in the limelight, etc) **This could go either way, again, depending on their needs. If they need someone to do EVERY show, EVERY weekend, etc and you throw down a list of 17 current sponsors, well, you obviously won't have the time to fulfill their needs. Same goes for the flipside. If they are a young, growing company looking to establish channels to get their product flowing in, then someone who is VERY well connected might be what they are looking for.
  24. ....So I started the whole thing over again........ 8-)
