It costs money to have someone like Bantam answering all our inquiries,...money well spent IMO as you are right there at a grass roots level with the angler, your customer. "Other" manufacturers, a few in particular have STILL yet to see the significance of the online forum communities. : It's odd to me, someone needs to shake the bed and wake them up!! so again, all are invited, but Shimano stepped up.

You'd be amazed at some of the lengths I've gone to for customers, especially around Xmas. Kids are home during the day and presents are showing up in the brown truck. I go get mom first, then we figure where I will leave it while she distracts the kids. Happens all the time.
