Excactly what i use my rods for WRB! I cant remember ever weighing a Anchovie or sardine. Do you have a weight on average?

Shimano Terez. I have the TZC-X70mh 40-80 braid weight, Its the made for 30# live bait. Not sure on lure weight as these rods are only rated as braid strength. The only comparison i can give on these rods is a golf comparison..Its like going from old tour blades, to when you hit your first bucket of balls with ping eye cavity backed clubs, their that smooth. Their whippy feeling with alot of power. Here is a pic of blank size compared to my old 30# live bait.

I own two of the new compre worm n jig rods in MH and MHX. Honestly, I wish i would of skipped over the new Compre's in Shimano's line up.

I have two baitcasters with Izorline Platinum in 10 and 12. I also use it as leader line in 15 and 20 on other reels. Good stuff, cheap and available at all my local sporting good stores.

The acetone will get kinda milky/cloudy like, and you'll notice grease floaties. I've never had the acetone turn colors before.

In my opinion, just make sure your stock bearings are clean and properly lubed before you spend your money on upgraded bearings.An average cast only lasts maybe 3-5 seconds? I could care less if my bearings can spin for minutes in actual on the water fishing. Upgrade when your stock bearings go bad. Just my opinion.

I Threw the wax wing at stripers for an hour the other morning for no love. If you love the lure,youll love the Rods even more. I'm not a shimano cool aid drinker,but they nailed those terez line of rods.

Oust for my spool bearings and super lube grease for my frame bearings in freshwater. Saltwater, reel X and Marine grease. You really have alot of options, just comes down to personal preferance.

My biggest catch of the year (you didn't say bass). Won me 280 bucks for biggest of trip. Pretty proud of myself that it only took me an 8-10 minute fight. Most guy's were going around the boat a couple times on smaller grade of fish.

There was a reel Mechanic who went to the Classic a few years ago that was asking the pro's questions about their reels and maintenance. According to him, the pro's didn't even know about what a supertune even was. They just fished em out of the box. I would of thought like motocross,they would have them set up from the factory the way they wanted them. Maybe questions Bass resource can ask this year at the Classic?

If Everything is fine now, i wouldn't worry. The adding of the grease should not of effected anything. Souunds like things were not seated properly the first time. What brand reel is it?

Ive drop shot'd walmart worms (renegade) after cutting a little bit off of the ribbon tail with success.
