I assume you had Voom then. I had a nice little travel mug they gave me. I wish they were back up and running so they would give me another one after a training. Look in the very near future for Directv's DVR to go back as a true Tivo unit like it was a few years ago. If it is just as the new Tivo is for cable and OTA, its going to be very nice. The Tivo rep I spoke with when demoing their new cable/OTA DVRs said this new unit should be out sometime after the first of the year, so hopefully anyday. It may even be the one I have seen them advertising, but I haven't noticed a Tivo logo on it yet. It is supposed to allow you to pause and go into another room and pick up the what you were watching, and also be able to download movies and etc. It was Voom! For the time it was awesome, all HD movies including some that were classics. DishNetwork bought them out, but didn't support all of the content they were acquiring if I am not mistaken. The first time I saw it, the Voom trainer had a Beyonce concert in HD. Made it a little more difficult to pay attention to what he was saying.

I have both and like both. I have more confidence in casting my Curado on lighter baits and the STX for heavier setups. Both are quality reels.

I am going to try and work on throwing the donkey rig with 2 flukes this year. Bass Assassins are a favorite of mine as well.

The type of fish doesn't matter does it. They all decompose the same way and insects aren't picky about what they eat. Just saying that it is an odd coincidence that I'm not saying is facts but the fact that one particular species of bird has fell from the sky in two locations of the United States is very scary and I seriously doubt it was fireworks. My apologies. Miss understood your post. I thought you were saying the fish and birds may have eaten the same thing (insects). Drum are not a species I think of to often for picking bugs and larvae off the service. More of a bottom feeder.

As for the fish kill, haven't they all been freshwater drum so far too? Mainly a crawfish eater.

Apparently they have turned their cell phones off, and/or removed the battery. The ping on their cell phones were unsuccessful. I can't put a face to the kid when racking my brain, as he went to my alma mater and I have been associated with a lot of those kids through LL programs and such and it is a school of less than 350 8-12. My mother says I will recognize him when I see a photo.

Like which penalty? Every team has dumb unnecesssary penalities. I have rarely seen a team commit a necessary penalty.
