  1. cool koi! I remember I used to fish for those in the dead of winter. they were fun to catch. I acctually lost 40 pounds too. my profile picture is me now. if that was a before picture I would most likely be dead now.
  2. I don'y really fish hard jerkbaits but i have heard that the vission one ten is amazing. look on tackletour and search vision megabass. the only bad rating it got was in price.
  3. thats either the armageddon or wakebait both by 3:16. I think it's the wake bait though because it is double jointed
  4. no comes y comprar muchos lures para pescar A me me encanta el bait monkey.
  5. keep on emailing/calling animal control. they'll give in sometime
  6. Don't kill the cats you will get a huge fine and it is inhumane. try the aspca I don't know what they'll do but it's worth a try.
  7. nothing shines next to a steez except a megabass, evergreen or steez rod
  8. as lbh says leave wild animals alone. buy an african butterfly fish.
  9. they have done nothing. the news reporters just want to scare people. and no they can't walk ;D
  10. number 7= ;D
  11. Hey, he knows what he's talking about. If you haven't read his article you need to check it out. http://www.bassresource.com/fishing/swimbait_gear.html I've read that one 3 or 4 times, it's a great article and fourbizz seems to be a great guy.
  12. is that why you don't need no stinkin she-mano?
  13. spro bronzeye in the big size.
  14. I got one strike. I waited until I felt the fish pulling and then set the hook but it still popped out of his mouth. It was frezzing and about 37 degrees with wind chill but it got up to about 45 degrees.
  15. the mid water column temperature should be about 62.5 degrees tomorrow.
  16. either your dad is 3 feet tall or thats a 10 foot ultra light :-?
  17. the scrapes are pretty small. maybe I could buy a tiny little bit of paint to put on it from daiwa. It depends on how they put the paint on though. The reason I set the reel down wasbecause I saw a post saying how holding a bass by it's lip can hurt it so I grabbed it by the lip and back.
  18. tonight the temperature will drop to about 37 degrees farenheight. I will be fishing in a vey weedy area at about 5 a.m. which is probablly a little early with temperatures this cold but it's the latest I can go. do you guys think a spro frog would work if fished very slowly? I know I should probablly use a jig but I was just wondering.
  19. the susquehanna has been terrible lately, I don't know why, I haven't landed a single smallmouth there during the summer though I only fished it twice.
  20. Today I accidentally set my reel down on a rock while landing a good bass. my reel had a little paint scrape off because of the rock. it also had some chipped paint on the place where you put it into the reel seat the first time i took it out to look at it when I got it. It is a daiwa 50th anniversary hyperspeed zillion. I was wondering that if it had more paint chip off, I could send it to daiwa and have it repainted. without abusing the waranty muddy
  21. probablly a daiwa heartland big bait special for starting (It's 65 dollars), and a daiwa hyperspeed zillion though a luna or a shimano high profile baitcaster would probablly be a lot better. I plan on using 35-40 pound mono.
  22. I'm going to buy a bbz one 8 incher. I hope a 7.3:1 gear ratio reel isn't so fast that retreiving it will hurt and that it'll move super fast. I have a lake I know of where there are bass that easily exceed 7 pounds.
