Who does Deep Fried Turkey
One Thanksgiving, we were at my brother-in-law's house...we had 5 fryers. It was "bring your own turkey". There was a variety of injectable marinades, and we tried all of them. Had a big spread of fried turkey with different flavors. We had oysters grilled in the shell too.

Email Notifcation Issue
I'm aware that MSN, Hotmail, Live, Outlook.com, Yahoo, and AOL are blocking BassResource forum notifications sent via email. If you are not receiving notifications and your email account is NOT one of the above, please let me know. I am trying to remove the blocks, but it can take weeks. However, you can help speed up the process by complaining to your email provider. Hearing from their customers escalates the issue and helps speed along the process. Thanks! Glenn

We've Updated The Forums!
Thanks for all the kind words guys! Glad you like the new site. I realize it's an adjustment, and change can be difficult when it's "forced" upon you. This is why I spent the past 18 months working feverishly on this project. I wanted the experience to be a major improvement, thus making the transition easier for everyone. I built a myriad of new sections and navigation tools across the site to enable you to find articles and videos easier. Did you know we have over 10,000 articles? I sure didn't! And if I couldn't find an article or video when I knew it existed, you couldn't either. So I worked hard to improve discoverability, navigation, categorization, and flow. To support this, all the back-end infrastructure....everything, everything, everything was upgraded and brand-spanking new. It's literally the largest and most comprehensive update in BassResource history. But you never really know how the changes will be received until you launch it. So I'm grateful for the positive remarks and supportive comments. It really makes all that hard work worthwhile.

I tend to agree:- Missing Images
Missing images have been restored. Please let me know if you see any missing images that I might have missed.- Anyone else use a cheaper boat?
Pictures are fixed now.- We've Updated The Forums!
I'm not a big fan of Kanban, Trello, or any similar project management software. I guess I'm an old school spreadsheet kinda guy.- Anyone else use a cheaper boat?
Yep, known issue. I'm working on restoring them.- We've Updated The Forums!
You can click "Cover photo" in your profile (upper right of pic), and then "reposition" to move it around. It only changes the font when you're viewing posts. We'll work on that for the next release.- We've Updated The Forums!
The new "mark as solved" feature This new feature allows the topic starter (OP) or a moderator to mark a post as the solution to a topic. This highlights the post within the topic as well as adding an icon to the listing views. You'll see a green tick that notes that the topic has a solution. In addition, it also increases the member's "solved count", which is displayed under their name in the post. We have also added a new filter to the existing post and topic feed widgets to allow only items with a solution to be shown, so you can create a "Recently solved" feed. Finally, a notification is sent to the author of the post that is selected as the best answer, so they're made aware that their helpful content has been spotted.- Missing Images
Yep, I'm aware there are some missing images. That's a miss on the site update. I'm working on restoring them from backup. Thanks for your patience.- The Road To The Super Bowl 2021
One might think that, because he's definitely not their long-term solution. But their backups aren't good short-time solutions either. - Bass Myths Busted!
