If are fishing a shakey head where you may get hung up, just Tex pose the hook back into the worm, I rarely get my shakey head hung up. I also use spinning gear and lighter flourocaron line so I can be as finesse a possible. A lot of times they will nail it on the initial fall. Be a line watcher because it will start to move off to one side before it even hits bottom. I like Robo worms and Zoom finesse. And I like to shake mine with a slightly slack line, slow and methodically.

I had good luck sight fishing this weekend at Smith Mtn. lake with a white jig. I use the white mainly for my visibilty. Some were more agressive than others as always, but the really stubborn ones, I would lightly bump them with my jig a few times until they got mad enough to pick it up, then, it was eye crossing time!

I've been researching this for a while, just wondered what type line, flouro, mono, or braid are you folks using for your swimbait line? Tru tungsten 4" swimbait to be specific. Any major drawbacks to vis of braid, I normally fish clear water. Thanks
