  2. Hang in there, it will be worth it. I'm gonna try and stop dipping this spring, not looking forward to it!
  3. NICE setup, thanks for sharing. If the fish get a look at that combo, they will probably just start giving themselves up and jump in your boat!
  4. Prayer for you and the family from Virginia.
  5. Thanks BigRick, That is exactly the type info I was looking for. Glad I asked because I crank a lot of rocks and docks, very little open water cranking probably stick with what I've been using. Gotta have something abrasion resistance for sure.
  6. I used the serach function and came up empty. So, has anyone had a chance to try this line out yet, what did you think?
  7. I've read a lot about this on the forum. I used flouro last year because I figured I would have more sensitivity with the bait. The reviews seem be mixed on the subject, you will see almost an even split of flouro, mono, and braid. I recently read that Mike Ike says he uses mono for anything that has treble hooks. I'm thinking I may try good ole' mono this year. Just my opinion.
  8. 1.I feel like I fish too fast sometimes. 2.I don't trust my own judgement enough.
  9. Nice kill.

I feel your pain, had one last July, my first one. It was stuck in my ureter and almost caused me kidney damage. I had to have a retrograde stone extraction, in other words they had to go backwards up my pecker and blast it with a laser. The awkward part is that I work at the hospital they did my surgery at, yep , they all saw my stuff. Absolute worst pain I have ever had. There are several different kinds of stones, be sure to get a "stone analysis" so they can tell you WHY it formed in the first place. Good luck and enjoy the pain meds!
  20. I did not take the hooks off, too much trouble we don't have any house pets and my son is old enough to not fool around with them. I need to get a pic and post it, but have temporarily let a friend borrow my digital camera. I must admit, it turn out far better than I had hoped! Most expensive decorated tree I've ever had!
  21. T-rigged 1/4 tungsten 3/0 Gama EGW. Great for flippin in the brush and laydowns.
  22. My son and I just finished decorating our Christmas tree. This year instead of the traditional tree decor, we opted for crankbaits. It's the coolest tree I've ever seen, even the girls like it which says it must be in good taste.
  23. I can't speak on the previously mentioned rods, but, I just got the Powell frog rod and so far, am very impressed. Got it spooled with 50lb braid on a Curado E5, it slings a country mile. Sensitive tip with plenty of backbone. I got mine from ***.
  24. The add stated 10% off, what more do you want?
  25. 1.Roboworm 2.Zoom 3.GYCB
