top water when it counts
I fish topwater in tournaments at least until the sun pops over the trees, on cloudy days, I keep it in the mix all day.

New reel probably not the last

Sprayable Megastrike?
I recently did a post asking if dipping tobacco and then fishing effects the catch rate, the general consensus was, no. I know that while dipping tobacco would give off a different scent than smoking, they are both foreign smells. Anyway, I just recently quit dipping after 15 years, it sucks, so I will let you know if my catch rate goes thru the roof! BTW, I always use Megastrike and JJ's.

Some pictures of poppers
I gotta start fishing the Hula popper again, looks pretty good afloat!

Pictures of lipless cranks at rest
Micro, Thanks for taking time to test and post. I did a test this spring in the pool with shakey heads and different shakey head worms, I was surprised at some of the results! Funny how some baits look so much better on the shelf than in the water, don't they!

Virtual Human Technology...is here.
Pong, I forgot about that one. Guess that why us "older" guys played outside all the time. The games now are incredibly sophisticated, no wonder kids never want to leave the house.

Motorola Droid X
Okay , so I picked up the X and must say, it is quite nice. Have to take a break from fishing this weekend just to play with it. (the phone that is) Thanks again for the input on questions guys!

Motorola Droid X
Just about ready to pull the trigger on this one, I will be able to manage company emails and corporate calender as well with no problems. (work partner just did it) You guys are much more savvy than I am with all your technical jargon, I'm impressed! And here I thought you were just a bunch of rednecks who are obsessed with fish like me and not much else, who knew!

Motorola Droid X
Exactly the the kind of real world info I was looking for guys! My company prefers for us to carry the Blackberry because we do use Outlook for our calendar and such. One of my partners just got the Droid and he did say that I would need to set up my corporate email differently. He is a whiz with devices and offered to help me set up the Droid so I "shouldn't" have any transition problems. Still gonna hash it out a bit, but am leaning strongly towards the Droid, how cool would it be to check out some fishing videos or browse Bass Resource between my cases! Thanks again, Jason

UPS...when you need it in perfect condition
UPS delivered a package to my house today, I was sitting on the couch and heard what sounded like a brick being thrown at my storm door, luckily the packing peanuts took most of the grunt! I usually have good luck with them ,never had anything broken...yet.

Motorola Droid X
So I'm a Blackberry user, use it a lot for work related emails, and the such. Seriously considering getting the Droid X, saw a demo at my local Verizon store and i must say, this thing is just awesome. Is anyone here a former Blackberry user who has switched to a Droid type of phone? I'll admit I am not overly technically savvy (but do catch on fast)and wonder if I would be making a mistake just for the extra gadgets, but boy do they look neat! Thoughts!

Suffiz Deep Crankin
I posted the same question a while back and the info I got was that it is not very abrasion resistant.

Ducket Micro Majic Casting rods
I bought one about a month ago for top water, 7ft med casting. I stuck a Core on it and love it. Very light weight and have had zero problems out of it.

Who has tried trokars?
I use them for C-rigging, I figure I can use the extra penetrating power with the sweeping motion I use for C-rig hooks sets. Caught a 7lber last night C-rigged Eeliminator. Great hook up and the hook looked as good after a long hard fight as it did when I rigged it up. I like em.

Shimano Core 50mg vs 100mg - Any good reason to go with the 100?
I have both and prefer the 50. I have it on a Cumara but am busting at the seams to put it on a GLX 842.

Car wreck...
That sucks, but, glad you lived to tell about it!

Live bluegill as bait?
Best big bass bait you can use in a pond as far as I'm concerned. I usually hook them through the back and drop em where I know the big gals hang out. I still prefer to throw artificals, kinda makes me feel like I'm out smarting them a little more. Good luck, you can really catch some hogs that way.

Max wind you'll fish in..?
Do it! Fish the wind blown banks/points and put a beating on em. Had some of my best luck on windy days, gets things stirred up!
