  1. Don't recommend this to anyone. It will kill the pain and can also cause a nasty burn from the medication. One time exposure usually does not have terrible side-effects, but the problem is there are retards in this world who figure that if it works once then repeated use must be good. You can cause some serious tissue damage doing this. You have probably gotten in by now, but ibuprofen is your best bet if it is a tooth with an abcess involved. If it is coming from the gums then you can still use ibuprofen and an over the counter numbing agent like oragel. Other than getting into the dentist to fix it, nothing will take care of it completely.

When I first started my business and had internet access this was one if the problems I encountered. I had employees who spent more time doing their stuff than finishing their work. Then had nerve enough to complain to me that they needed to work over or needed more time to do things. That was my breaking point and I locked down the network. After a few months I learned that people would work better if they were given a little freedom, but that these employees were not those people. They did not have my business in mind. Instead Iet those employees go (for other reasons too) and hired new ines with. Clear understanding as to my internet policy. They can use it as long as they get their work done, same with cell phones. If I find them neglecting my office for their personal stuff they get one strike and the second time they hit the road. Simple as that. It is a privelege not to be abused. 4 years with no staff changes.
  3. That is why U of M is considered the Harvard of the Midwest. Back on topic.....I love football period. High School and College have a different feel when viewed live than the NFL. I can say that the NFL is a great way to end a weekend though. If I have to skip one day it would have to be NFL Sunday though. Won't miss a U of M game for nothing.
  4. Go Blue. U of M class of 2002 (U of M Dental School)
  5. Since I am not a betting man, but would be willing to answer.......my lack of defined math skills tells me the answer is 288. You have to clear the (9+3) first to make 12. Then you have to work left to right to clear the remaining actions since Division and Multiplication are equal. 48/2= 24. 24x12= 288. Best of my knowledge from my college days. Maybe having a beer or two would bring back any old missing memories.
  6. Is that the "Male" version of Tail Sauce?
  7. If it is allergies go get a product called Luffeel Nasall Spray: http://www.zooscape.com/cgi-bin/maitred/GreenCanyon/questp418730 I think you can find it cheaper, I just gave you this site to give you can idea of the product. I have chronic stuffy nose and itchy eyes. Have had them since I was a kid, and this product has helped me tremendously. If it is a Sinus issue then give this a try: http://www.evitamins.com/product.asp?pid=5580 My chiropractor turned me onto this stuff during the fall when I always get the drainage and sore throat thing going. It has worked wonders as well. Both are all natural and homeopathic. Just my two cents.
  8. I would go back in and recheck that proxy server setting and then run a full scan rather than a quick one. It should have taken care of it all, but sometimes they linger and change names. Take it back to as it was before now that things are working and run it again. It may be a waste, but it may also find other things.
  9. Download malware bytes, then boot into safe mode. Run malware bytes and it should take care of this all together. I had to do this a few weeks ago on one if my work PC's that I had let the antivirus software outdate. I downloaded Malware bytes and then booted into safe, fixed it all. Then I switched to Avira and it has been good.
  10. So you booted into safe mode and ran malware bytes and it still didn't get rid of the offending file? I went to that web page that you listed for the malware and those directions are pretty darn good. I would follow them to a T and then see if it takes care of your problem. Can you confirm that the Antivirus . NET is the problem program?
  11. Can You restart the computer and boot into safe mode? I would download Malware bytes, there is a demo in their website and the demo will do what you need. Boot into safe mode and then run malware bytes. It should remove everything you have been infected with. I would also suggest changing your antivirus software. I have run avast, avg, and avira with great success. I am currently using the free version on Avira and I love it. Stopped some maleware on a site I visit frequently that was hacked a couple of days ago. Lots of others got infected and all I got was a warning screen.
  12. So you have downloaded the files from Napster and placed on another MP3 player that is not an Ipod? Do you know what format the files are being saved as? There are multiple ways around the security crap that Apple is giving you and you can transfer all those files as you would like. Let me know if you can find out what type of file they are saving as and I can be of more assistance. Apple seems like a bad company to everyone, but in the end they are no different than you or I am by protecting what is legally theirs.
  13. Congrats. Always a good reason to by another fishing pole. Take care of the little guy and the mrs.

Looks like the South end of a North bound Whitetail to me.
  15. That new quarterback would be the junior QB Denard Robinson. He was the Big Ten player of the year and the first Division 1 player to rush for over 1500 yards and throw for over 2500 yards.. Lightning fast with an arm to boot. J/K........only if Les Miles move to Michigan.
  16. I would agree with you bmadd. The LSU fans are looking that gift horse in the mouth. Will be interesting if Les decides to leave who they bring in to replace him.
  17. Yep, the Athletic Director at LSU is so concerned with keeping 'ol Les he has offered to waive or lower his $1.5 million buyout. The boosters and alumni have been pushing him out the door for a while, no time better than when your Alma later is calling and looking for a new Head Coach.
  18. The Alumni at LSU have been calling for Les's head for years. Every time he makes some dumb mistake on the field they question whether or not they should fire him. That right there is enough of a reason to want to leave to go back to where he played and coached before. He has given to LSU for the last 6-7 years and even won for them. It has been a long time since LSU was good at football and maybe he is tired of hearing how hot his seat is every year. He was rumored to have been the coach of choice to replace Llyod Carr when he retired from U of M. His wife wife was reportedly already in Ann Arbor looking for houses back in 2007 before the story was broke by Kirk Herbstreit before the bowl game. It is hard to compete when you are always looking over your back trying to figure out if he will be there next season. As a previous player and as a former coach it would be hard to turn down a meeting with your old school. Whether he stays at LSU or come home to U of M best of luck to him.
  19. Ever since the new update for Avast I was having problems with it identifying false positives and downloading updates. I had a similar problem with AVG a few years back. I have switched to AVIRA (free) and I have not had a problem with it at all. Just my 2 cents.
  20. I agree with you guys that the iPhone will be purchased for brand name alone. Many will want it just because they can have it. I love my Samsung Fascinate and would think twice about leaving Android based phones for anything else right now. The open source code allows the bugs to be worked out by the end-users/ developers. Right now Samsung/Verizon are in a big ticking match with my phone over who is doing what with the Froyo update. The phone is great, don't get me wrong, but there are a few simple things like GPS issues that Froyo will fix along with speed and battery life. If this were an Apple phone we all would be screwed until they get off there arses to fix it. This phone could be fixed with a simple ROM release if they would just do it.
  21. It does seem that history repeats itself. Seem like this happened about January 2, 2001. At that time a guy name John Cooper was the laughing stock of the Big Ten.
  22. As an Alumnus of Michigan I have a dog I'm this fight. You retain Rich unless you can find a big name coach with a great resume. If you retain him you spend a small fortune on a defensive coordinator to make it work. I buy into the fact the cupboard was bare....but Rich was used to taking a great offense and forgetting his defenses. You can't do that in the Big Ten if you want to win games. If you got a chance for Harbaugh you bring him in. Don't fire Rich to bring in Brady Hoke. If they hire Saban I will gladly return my diploma. He is a snake with terrible character and morals.
  23. The wife did this at Thanksgiving and then again just the other day at Christmas. We took the left over turkey carcass and boiled it down in our slow cooker over night with the left over roughage (carrots, Celery, peppers....etc.) Then the next morning we picked all the meat off the bones, and saved the broth. She has a wonderful recipe for home made noodles and she made Turkey and Noodles. It is delicious. I am not sure what has gotten into her lately, but she has become Betty Crocker.......and I like it. Darn good cook and the food is wonderful.
  24. A lot of the specialists are going to the Triazolam. It is a relatively safe alternative to what they used to use. I have had a couple of patients ask me for it, but I am not comfortable prescribing it for use. It also keeps my liability insurance lower as well. There is nothing that I do in the office that I cannot keep a patient comfortable with just using local anesthetic at most. I just seen a lady who is a dental phobic who was freaking out about some fillings. When we were all done she said that it was painless and the best appointment ever. Now that is what I want to hear. Dentistry doesn't have to hurt.
  25. Surprisingly the placement of implants is pretty painless. Most of my patients say that the day of the procedure is pretty easy for pain and the next day is a little tender, but after that you are home easy. It does take some pretty steady hands to do them. It all depends on the area they are being placed and what other structures are there. It can be simple or pretty complicated if there are things to avoid. You will not regret that decision. A much better restoration than most of the alternatives. Success rate is very high as well.
