  1. Fall fish for sure. The Merrimack is full of them, and they are a pain!

Yup, Roadwarrior nailed it. Swim it anywhere as a swim jig, and you're right, always catch fish on that thing.
  3. Man, Nice job, Marc! 6 pounders are hard to come by this year, too. Glad to see that inflatable working out for you, too.
  4. Got the 7' M Fast StCroix Avid from a member here, and just got the Fuego back from getting Tuned up. Added the Zillion 4 bearing Handle, Boca Orange Seals bearings, and Carbontex Drag. Just waiting on my TW order with the line for it (Samurai 40lb braid).
  5. Yeah, sounds good. Throw Northwood Lake into the mix of optional lakes for it.
  6. Great bait. Tough to beat on a Carolina rig with a standard wire 4/0 EWG hook. When using it as a weightless topwater, I go up to a heavy wire 5/0.
  7. The motor's worth more than 10 g's.
  8. Never been there, but I don't even go to the grocery store without a rod with a keel weighted Rage Craw (Falcon Lake Craw color) attached to it. Good luck!
  9. That's why I haven't been there since spring, UNH. Too low to load/unload, not to mention the rocks in that place!
  10. Badcrawdad's 3 lb largemouth, caught within a few minutes of getting to our first spot. After that, it became very hard to fish any spots thoroughly, due to the crazy wind on that lake.
  11. To the guys that made it out today, it was good to see you again, and I look forward to the next time. Oct sounds good!
  12. I'm up and having my coffee, then I gotta go uncover the boat, and I'll be meeting Badcrawdad at 5:30, and we should be there by 6:00. Looks like a great day to hook into some hawgs!
  13. Ok, that's easy enough. See you around 6:00. Thanks.
  14. That's awesome! Cool test, and a real eye opener. Thanks for posting what you found. Oh, and I wasn't worried about you hurting the reel. Can't wait to get it back and feel the silky smoothness.
  15. I was really hoping someone here had done this test. I was curious to hear the results also.
  16. You won't be disappointed.
  17. I'm so happy with my Cumara, that it's silly! Best rod I ever felt for the $200 price range. Mine's the 6'8" MH XF.
  18. Was using the Spot Removers for a long time, Until I got my hands on some of the Moaner Hooks "Stiffy" jigs. Quality is all that and then some, plus way better pricing, incredible customer service, and super fast shipping. www.moanerhooks.com By the way... there isn't much better one one of these, than a Rage Tail Thumper or Craw!
  19. I'd choose the Curado E5. Fishing with my E7 is a joy! The Quantums feel heavy to me. Second choice would be the Revo.
  20. I use the Mega Strike attractant, and have been very happy with it. I feel it definitely improves my hookup percentage, but don't use it as an "attractant". Other than that, I do own 4 or 5 Cavitrons, that I also ordered from TW along with the tubes of MS. I like the buzzbaits, but hardly ever use them, and will probably never try out the soft baits, jigs, or spinnerbaits, because I have tons of that stuff, and since they are not sold in any local stores, I wouldn't be inclined to order them. I think you have good products and fair pricing, but poor availability is killing a lot of potential sales.
  21. Welcome, BM! Are you guys gonna make it out with us on the 27th?
  22. Exactly the rod I'd like to pair my Fuego with. I've heard nothing but good on those rods.
  23. Yeah, that is cool. It's like factory... but not.
  24. That's cool, Fmoore. Good to see you back.
  25. Right on, Kevin. Well that'll make the wife a little happier. Saving some money is good! Man, I cannot wait to use this bad boy when I get it back!
