  1. Since we still don't have a food forum, I will ask here. Do I need to adjust the dehydrating time if using the oven rather than a dehydrator?

If the gun is for safety inside the vehicle, from a carjacker or crazy crackhead, why not a .410 revolver?
  3. 39* when I launched this morning.
  4. Mark, I hear the smallie bite on Geneva is off the charts. They're schooling up in 26-32fow. Water temp at 60* I hit the Chain today. A bit nipply out. 39* when I launched. Bite wasn't half bad although only one was a keeper, 2lbs. Bites were about 50/50 on swimjigs and Jika rigged Pit Boss'. I threw traps as well but no takers. Water was 51*-57* an all bites in less than 5fow.
  5. Hopefully it won't get past or clog the pickup tube
  6. Does that mean your posts will start making sense... Wishing you a speedy recovery
  7. Change those words to "it's acceptable". We have been conditioned to think "Well, if everybody else does it, then it must be ok."
  8. A Guy stuck his head into a barbershop and asked, 'How long before I can get a haircut? The barber looked around the shop full of customers and said, 'About 2 hours.' The guy left. A few days later, the same guy stuck his head in the door and asked, 'How long before I can get a haircut?' The barber looked around at the shop and said, 'About 3 hours.' The guy left. A week later, the same guy stuck his head in the shop and asked, 'How long before I can get a haircut?' The barber looked around the shop and said, 'About an hour and a half.' The guy left. The barber turned to his friend and said, 'Hey, Bob, do me a favor , follow him and see where he goes. He keeps asking how long he has to wait for a haircut, but he never comes back.' A little while later, Bob returned to the shop, laughing hysterically. The barber asked, 'So, where does he go when he leaves?' Bob looked up, wiped the tears from his eyes and said... "Your House"
  9. Never had a MG. No reason to change.
  10. If a bank makes an error in your favor, the money needs to be paid back. They can prosecute you if it isn't.
  11. My son blames Brady for everyone of his fantasy football losses....
  12. Maybe the best we can do is take hold or the reigns and steer ourselves in the right direction. The road is always going to be the road. There's going to be bumps and turns and shortcuts and detours, and we need to navigate thru all the bs to get to our final goal. Attitude is important. If you get caught up in the victim role, you are destined to fail. If that doesn't work play the lottery

  15. I never knew you were a philosopher.
  16. It's not a viable technique for most of my fishing. A lot of shallow water. They specifically said to locate bait then toss the spoon. Makes sense. Is this common? They had located schools of suspended fish in the timber 10 foot down in 20fow. Most of the fish hit on the initial drop.
  17. Life isn't fair. It was never meant to be fair. Somewhere along the line, the winners lost and the losers won.
  18. They're jigging spoons in deep timber. The spoon is called a sonic baitfish.
  19. I just caught a glimpse. It looked like they were flipping, not jigging. I set the dvr
  20. I've got silver minnows. This was something different. Looks like it's going to rerun in an hour on WFN. Angler West at 9:00 central time.
  21. Hope this one works out for you
