  1. Got to love auto correct. I figured out seedless is weedless but what is glossary? Sounds like a good idea. Let us know how it works

How heavy do you think you could go? Do you think with 1oz or heavier weights it would/could get good weed penetration or is the rig better off being used with little or no weeds? I've only started using the rig maybe 6 weeks ago and the weeds aren't in heavy yet.
  3. Looks the same as the 598 except with a teeny tiny screen.

  5. 25 years ago I detailed cars at a Ford dealership. Oven cleaner was by far the best adhesive remover and was gentle on the automotive finish. We used it to remove bumper stickers on trade ins. I'm sure there are much better products out today.
  6. If I was proud I would have posted We weighed in a limit @ 8.49lbs Out of the 32 limits caught there were only 2 that weighed less than ours. Last tourney was 5th place this tourney 32nd place
  7. Fox Chain continues to be on fire. Our club weighed in 32 limits out of 44 boats. Biggest bag was over 15lbs and big fish was a 4.79lb post spawn female. There were a couple 4+ girls still with eggs. A ton of pike were caught as well. My son got a 24" his buddy got a 36" and a number of other boats landed them as well.
  8. Got it when I went boat shopping. I told her I was only looking and not buying and she wanted to tag along. I gave the dealer $500 to hold the boat and she immediately said "You said you weren't buying a boat today. You don't need a new boat" to which I replied "It's my money. You don't want to marry me so it will always be my money." (Mind you we've been together since 1996 and I raised her kids) When I returned to hash out the details and drop off the rest of the down payment the owner of the dealership said in all his years of selling boats he has never seen a man hold his ground with their woman. They either cower or show up alone. I know I've spent more money on her and her family than I have on any boat, but they just don't see it that way.
  9. Does she wear your man thongs?....Wait....wrong BR member. Sorry
  10. He's not looking for a TM battery. Just something for the lights and graph
  11. If you have high current associated with high water things can be more difficult. Otherwise, I agree with Sam. New food opportunities exist with the addition of insects grubs and worms. You may have to fish tight to the new cover to entice a bite.

Has been working well for me. Very good hook up percentage as well. I have only thrown 2 baits on it, Rage Craw and Pit Boss
  13. I'm rooting for you, and very much appreciate the advice and information you have given me. .

  15. Does a bass, or any other fish, for that matter, have an internal "homing" device to the bed? Reason I ask is I was out yesterday prefishing, and caught a fish my son swears we weighed in or culled 2 weeks ago. He also swears we caught it on the same lake (I fish a 12,000 acre river system with about a dozen small lakes) He does all the bumping and is in charge of the livewell. He recognized a black spot on the hindquarters of a bass I caught yesterday. The area I caught it was at least a 5 mile swim from the weigh in and if we culled it more like 10 miles away. Opinions?
  16. Still prespawn? Wow. I've been on a spawn/post spawn bite this week. Found a few on beds as well as some guarding fry the last 2 days.
  17. Have you tried googling bass clubs in Michigan?
  18. Open a zoo and charge admission.
  19. Big fan of the HMG and Eagle GT. No experience with the Aetos
  20. Another one? That's 2 this week.
  21. The cover fits relatively tight to the boat. I'm trying to think of something to block it with but still allow ventilation.
  22. I found cat hair all over the deck today. Boat is kept in a storage yard and the guy who owns the yard runs a cat rescue out of the yard as well so killing them is not an option. The factory cover is designed with 2 cat size openings at the stern and vents on the support poles to help prevent mold growth, so I'd rather not block the openings. A dog is also not an option because they shed more than cats. Will mothballs work? Something else?
  23. Another option, you can buy a 12v lawnmower battery for under $30
