  1. Look into Anglers Choice. Local tourneys and decent payouts with a chance to win big.
  2. I am more than willing to sign it with the correct spelling for a small fee.
  3. IL started when they started with electronic printers. Wisconsin was the first state to require ss#'s, and they've been doing it for at least 20 years, maybe longer. I was told way back when, the reasoning behind it was for tracking deadbeat dads. I just paid $15 for IL resident. WI licenses are not avilable yet, but my non resident runs around $60 with a Great Lakes salmon stamp
  4. I don't have any advice for you but I feel for you. I have done refrigeration work in restaurants for the last 15 years and wouldn't wish restaurant employment on anyone. Good luck with whatever you choose
  5. A 26lb stripper? DAYUM! I could fit her in my pocket...
  6. I have heard alumaducer will not give you a good temp reading. Is that true?
  7. If you can see in the pics I have countersunk screws. Just clean up the area with alcohol or similar. Put a bead of marine silicone over the screw holes, if you use them, a bead on the bottom and around the perimeter and you're good to go. Has lasted me since 2004 when I bought the boat with no leaks. I installed a SI transducer last year and had to relocate it which was easy because of the setup I have.
  8. I was still throwing a C3 5500 a few years back. I still use it now for the A Rig and salmon fishing. I'm not impressed with Diawas going back to way back when, and have never used the others you have mentioned. I can say my father is not a fan of Okuma's trolling reels, if that means anything.
  9. Love to help you on the reel search but I'm a ABU and Ardent guy.
  10. You can buy ABS plastic online for a fraction of the cost. Google "cutting board material" Glue it and/or screw it to the aluminum hull and you can mount the transducer. You will have the ability to move the transducer if need be, or add additional. Here's my setup minus the transducer.
  11. Guy cant be all bad. He owns a white leather couch.
  12. Haven't used them. Fenwick makes a d**n good rod and reasonably priced at that. I have more than a few HMG's
  13. I think you should get a real job and become a pipefitter
  14. Bobber trees start to get ripe in the spring during the bluegill and crappie spawn. By summertime most of the fruit has fallen.
  15. An old biker I used to know had one. Those birds are smarter than 47% of the population.
  16. and I thought this was going to be another concert thread. http://youtu.be/Gv3vWR5MAFs
  17. I spooled it up once years ago. Had problems all day with the braid cutting into itself and snapping. Took it off when I got home
  18. The vortex created by the uppercut is what caused his entire body to levitate off the mat.
  19. You need to take back the $2 you paid back and borrow an additional $3 from each of them to cover the sales tax.
  20. Will he get hit with income taxes?
  21. I ask everytime and everytime she says no. If she does come along, and I don't think she's been on the boat for 2+ years, it's bobbers and live bait time.
