So i just got some magnums, hooks are duller than my childhood pocket knife. Sharpened them up myself, but need to upgrade.... Lousy if you ask me, box says 2/0 i like owner hooks but not sure whixh ones, do i go bigger or same size?? Thanks

I believe garlic is what they use , not sure its on everything but, the plastics i bought had g-lic

So i went to local tackle shop, he has dobyns but is trying to be done with them due to nobody buying them. So i got a 685 cb for 160, pretty good deal i think for a champion. Last one he had, didnt have a big selection of reels so i got a lews something i forget. It was 99$ and i wasnt expecting much, but this reel is sweet for the money. Cast better then my old quantum energy 3s by a mile. Thats all i love these dobyns though

Long story short, i had just recieved my rod from getting new guide put on from dvt, he did a great job!!Used it twice and managed to Break It so she cant be fixed....went from a 7'6 to a 4', Lol i guess the rod just wasnt meant to be. Then we get attacked by a swan and my buddys phone goes overboard... We still ended up catcing a few each, but daRn

SeagUar abrasx however you spell it, the 12 and 15 i have for cranks and what not is super strong, so 20 and 25 should be plenty

So im thinking im going to change to fluro on my jig rod and my flippin rod, 20 lb for jig 25 for flippin?? Thoughts?
