  2. I agree with everyones choice on the clear water but let me toss this oddball out. Stained water Black/Blue Muddy water Black/Red I dont know if this works for anyone else but it seems to work for me.
  3. I could see were a scale would be useful. Some plastic jig trailers are unbeiliveable how much some weigh and how light some can be.
  4. I agree, Ive never been subjected to such a rash of obsenities! But, I use beavers to swim back to me andI use tubes to jig, you know catch them on the fall.

  7. I have problems in waves too, but only on my wireless router computer not the hard wired one. I think it could be your router too if you are using one. Ive never had less that lightin fast on this forum on the hardwired computer.
  8. You need to find a guy that can weld aluminum and have him weld up a piece that will rivet to you boat with a piece that sticks up high enough for the trolling motor to clamp to.(Or let the welder come up with a design)
  9. The only time I use lipless is for stripers. Ive never caught a bass on a lipless .
  10. If you're that particular about the color then buy a bunch of 4" ones and cut the front off of half of them and glue the cut part onto the front of the non-cut ones and you can get a 7" version. Mend-it or some other soft bait glue would work the best. I still think you're making too much out of the specific color. Venom glue works good for me.
  11. The best luck I have is with southern pro lil hustler tubes. All colors need to be on your boat because you never know what color will work day to day.

  13. My dad, brother,sister,father-in-law,wife and I have all owned chrylser products and the only problems weve had are all transmissions.Numerous transmissions. All the G. M. products Ive owned have been 100% junk and fell apart daily. Buy a ford.
  14. I work in a machine shop 40 to 48 hours a week. I love my job and Ive been a machinist for 24 years and wouldnt change for anything.
  15. All the docks at my ramps have signs that say "No fishing from dock" And of course they are all covered with people with numerous lines in the water blocking everything. I dont know what to say to these irritating people because I was at on time boatless too. Do yall have this problem?
  16. I cant say what It will do but you should take advantage of this by using a super high quality one that might help youre casting distance. Jannsnetcraft has a good selection.
  17. Maybe it was just luck but I used to get hung up more when I used bass pros enticer jigs.I like the chompers way better. I still have all the ones I bought!
  18. I have a falcon FTO 1100 and I love it .Its just the right size and you can find anything like in a filing cabinet.
  19. Its true what they say about these jigs and rocks. I use them around rocks and rip rap and they seem to not get hung up as much as other football heads Ive used.
  20. The names of the holes around here are well known Burns bottom,coppers bluff,turners bend,camp bend,mcghee bend. The only name I know of where it came from is pig pen. Theres a pig farm on the bluff above it and the rain washes all the crap into the river!

  24. If I was you I would go to lowes or home depot and get one of them garden wagons.They look like a regular wagon except yellow with inflatable tires (like on a lawnmower) They roll over rough terrain with ease.I have one and I load it with 200 LB.s of fertilizer and it pulls easily.
