That’s was a hard lesson to learn when I moved into management. It’s so much harder to get people to work than it is to do the work itself. I have an employee we all call “First Day”. She’s been at the company 5 years and still has no idea how to do her job. HR of course thinks she’s awesome and won’t let me fire her.

I would be very skeptical of anything from eBay that was that much cheaper than retail. eBay is full of Chinese knock offs. You never know what it could do to your dog or if it even does anything. We’ve used Bravecto for about 8 years and no fleas or ticks on our lab.

I’ve used nexgard on my lab for a few years now and have no complaints. He is in the woods everyday and I’ve never found a flea or tick on him or in the house. I used frontline for years and it worked as well but as you said it’s nasty for a few days.

Just bought $54 in oil for my F150. It takes 8.8 quarts but it’s cheaper to buy 2 5 qt jugs. Add a filter and it costs me $60 to change my own oil. on the plus side every 9th oil change is free with the leftovers from the previous 8.

Does it have the selection valve under the seat or on the transom? I’ve had a 374v with 3 tanks and the under seat valve went starboard or 9 o’clock for under the drivers seat, port or 3 o’clock for under the passenger seat and straight up 12 o’clock for the rear tank.

I had this argument with a buddy a while back. How is trolling different than these bank beaters making 300 casts a day with crank baits or spinnerbaits. I get it’s not as sporting but if your goal is to get fish in the boat for supper it’s much more efficient.

I canceled my service a couple years ago and don’t miss it at all. I am outside of a digital broadcast area but can stream free local news stations. I use alternate between a few streaming sources like Netflix and Hulu but on the cheapest plans and never more than one service at a time. My biggest expense is when I use Netflix for $8.99 a month. There are tons of free content like Pluto and peacock that we use. Cable and satellite tv is a dead technology in my mind.

I have never needed a spare but I have my old Fortrex sitting in my garage. I really kept it in case I ever buy another boat that it would be an upgrade on. IMO unless you plan to carry the spare on every trip it isn’t much good. If your tm goes out your day is done and you can get parts in a few days.
