Cabelas for our club and very happy with the turnout as we picked up some new members and met some good local anglers and after all was said and done even got some great gear for 25% off with their vendor discount! Thanks go out to them for giving clubs the opportunity to setup booths and meet folks who are looking for a way to learn this great sport.

  15. OK...gonna rant here....been waiting 3 weeks for a 6" Ram Mount for my new electronics upgrade and guess where the company is located....YUP right here in Seattle and they could not get one till just today!!! Will someone please come up with another brand and get a fire under this companies back side because they do not appear to have any pressure to provide customer service!!! Anyone else had issues? I know its boat show/sports show season but man!! this is rediculous!!!
  16. I purchased the extended pass both events and if I was a Lawyer I could sue the co. that produced this show as i was promised exclusive content....what I was made to believe, meant first view and extended coverage but what truly meant I got full coverage and the first view coverage went to the highest bidding sponsor. I have been around fishing and sports in general to know thats the way things work and as a rabid fan of tournament fishing, did not read all the fine print when signing up....in essence I was caught, put in a livewell and handled in a way they would not handle a fish....with that I will not be buying this program ever again and will just watch it with all the other seasoned viewers who, like an older fish have learned not to bite something that can hurt you. I do Congratulate Denny Brauer for his win and also his Toledo Bend victory....he is truly a national fishing treasure and will always have my respect.

  20. Getting Closer!!!! 78 days, 16 hours and 22 minutes!!!!!
  21. I dont see anything wrong with this....it might be underpowered, but you sound as you have little experience and it is better to have less rather than more in the horsepower arena while learning...My "Training Wheels"in bass fishing was a brand new TX-17 Bass Tracker whick I paid $10.000 for and being an aluminum boat was a great teacher of respect for the water. I learned even more about fishing water thouroughly as my small engine limited my reach. So for the price this is a great trainer!!
  22. Posted a report in the reports area. Shoulda been there!!
  23. Our club had a Fish-In on Lake Sammamish and 5 boats with 8 anglers had a great time with nice weather in the start at upper 30s and got to 48 today, water temps were at 42-44 and 7 Smallies were caught from 40-55 ft of water, majority seemed to be caught on Dropshot rigs. here is a pic of my 2-5. My first for 2013.

Yeah the jig and weightless Senko might be the ticket....very slow presentation with some deadsticking....just for yuks might not hurt to slow roll a spinnerbait for a reaction bite too.
  25. ProCrafter replied to Dylan.747's topic in Fishing Tackle
Start with a wacky Senko rig 5"weightless and a texas Rigged Craw fished slow along the shore ledges...How Deep is the pond? Also a Black/Blue Jig 1/2 oz with a Craw Trailer wont hurt.
