  1. Seems to be a huge problem with TW lately. I have been drawing away from them myself because nothing I want is ever in stock.
  2. Fish mine on a Fury 734 and 40lb braid. If I can get away with a leader for the situation I use one. They tend to bend on me when i use straight braid. Even the Terminator snap back ones sometimes.
  3. What is there to get use to? I own many of both kinds and they feel the same to me. Most of the time your hands are not in the middle section that is missing in a split grip anyways. And balance on just about any decent new rod is great in both split grip and full handle models as well.
  4. First I have to figure out where all this stuff is at ?. Don't know much by name out there. Found me a good map so I'm good now. Last time I was there the monkey box was a bust.
  5. Don't feel too bad. Been super tough here in S FL as well. Hit and miss at best.
  6. Exactly what I was afraid of Mike! I guess it's just this heat. It's been super tough everywhere. I'm just desperately searching for somewhere to have a decent weekend with my son.
  7. Anyone fish there recently? Specifically the stretch from where it goes under 70 then South towards Okeechobee. Thinking of going there this weekend.
  8. If you're hardcore like me you keep on fishing them till there's actually a reason to do something to them. ? Unless it's salt water of course. But then again, I use those magical number reels too. They ain't that delicate.
  9. Whatever you're willing to pay for it.
  10. Couldn't be more wrong ?! The last 10.5lb I caught out in deeper structure jumped at least three times and just as high as any dink I've ever caught. And all the others I've caught penetrating heavy cover sure seemed fast to me while they were making runs away from the boat.
  11. At least 9lb 15oz for sure!
  12. Hey hey, I got my screen name from the pursuit of tiny dink bass! ?
  13. 10lbs for sure!
  14. ? I live in FL buddy . . . . that's how we roll in the dirty South. Wondering when y'all will realize I'm just kidding. DDs never get old come on guys really?!
  15. Sorry, I've caught a few in my day haha. Biggest was 11lb 3oz.
  16. Doesn't really settle in at first . . . . . till you put er on the scale! Then after my 3rd, 4th and so on its like blah.
  17. Use them all the time. Great scents and very durable.
  18. I have a 3 blade with dual ninjas and it's a beast with only a 55lb motor.
  19. Much prefer the hollow bodies myself. If you get one with the paddle feet like the wobbletron you'll have the best of both worlds. I miss a couple here and there but for the most part, if it's a decent fish worth catching they'll inhale it. If they aren't then a frog is probably not the right bait that day.
  20. If these reels had a $200 price tag people would swear by them and buy em up like hot bread. Some will never give them a chance simply because they don't though.
  21. I like mine to go as low as possible. That's why I order the XL version.
  22. I thought you were done with this thread like yesterday? You done done now? ?
  23. I've never used the Lew's but I do own the crank launcher. It's an awesome stick. Perfect flex to keep them pinned and big time backbone. Handles 10xd no problems.
  24. Here you go, you're all set now. Definitely not a boat... right?
