What's your go to bait for BIG Bass ?
For me it's not the lure, it's the location i am in. If i am catching only dinks, i move spots to where i think there is bigger fish. Than i apply the technique that i think will entice them the best(with the same lures i always use).

Another one for the album.......................
Hey all, I haven't been by in a while due to work and fishing. Here's a hawg i got today flippin cover. Even spawned out she was still a pig! Two others in the 4 and 5lb range were also caught today.

Rage Tail. Epic Fail.
The ONLY RT i have had success with is the Toad. But it is not a miracle lure by any means. Like stated above, they have there days like anything else. I bought every pack of RT toads at Wal-Mart when they put them on sale for $3 a pack! I ended up with like 37 packs! I agree on them being overpriced though. As soon as my inventory runs out its back to the Horny Toad........................................

BBZ shad
I have never had a problem with hookups on the floater. Unless the fish were just swapping at it. Than its time to either change baits or retrieve.

Flipping/pitching rod
Powell 765 is what i use and would never change. They are some of the strongest and most sensitive rods out there! Especially for the price tag on them.

Help- can't cast a Toad/Rage Shad on Braid...
I throw a Rage Toad a mile with a broom stick Powell 766, 65lb FireLine(best braid ever) and a Revo STX.

Whats a good Flippin/pitchin rod?
For these techniques a quality strong sensitive rod is crucial. I suggest you save a bit more for something that will last. I use a Powell 705C for light cover. A Powell 735 for medium cover and a 765 for the nasty stuff! Extremely nice rods for their price IMO.

Has anyone tried the Zoom super swimmin fluke?
I tried a pack and didn't find much action in them at all. I like the swimming Senko MUCH better!

Are all Mojo Bass Rods this crappy or did I just get a bad one???
