I bought a few on discount at Wal-Mart and they seem to hold up better than some of my Strike Kings! Not bad for $1.99 each!

There is no way a rod that is Pretty much "cut" in two can transmit vibrations equal to a rod that is a full one piece! It may not be enough for most of us to notice but the difference is there!

I have used the GLX worm rods and there is NO WAY that an IM8 can even come close! It is a very nice rod indeed!

I found that the shallows hold only wandering dinks! One every hour if i am lucky!

The majority of my plastics bag is made up of Zoom lures!

Than it might be my SuperLine hooks! If i dont do a hook set like a regular t-rig 8/10 times it will not penetrate! I decided to use a rod with more give in the tip to see how it goes!

Than why did you choose the STX for the task? The drag is a very important part of landing a fish IMO!

The HS SX made that much in their test! The 6:4:1 reels make the whole 24lbs. It may have been a faulty reel because even the HS reels are rated for 18lbs of drag.

I use only Gamakatsu EWG hooks for this. I hear nothing but good things about the Denny B. straight shank flippin' hooks though!

Yeah i guess i will have to break down and look for one. Any recommendations on such a rod? Preferable split grip no fore grip. THANKS TO ALL BTW

I have been meaning to try these for months now! Since i cant find any BMF hooks anywhere! Will these hold up to heavy braid without bending out?

I have yet to have an issue with BPS shipping wise! Orders always arrive when they say they will. I did notice that the order takes 3-4 days to get there whether i pay for the faster shipping or not!
