Cush-It Big Bass Rod Float
After using this thing on a few outings I gotta say, I love the cush-it. It helps better balance the rod by adding that bit of weight to the butt. It also does help make the rod more comfortable when setting the hook. There are only 2 things I have against it... With the back being so large I think it would probably make trying to fit a bunch of rods with cush-its in the rod locker pretty tough... And i wish they made a size that would fit on some of the smaller butts of rods. I have a few that it wiggles on and it would not work out with it rattling on the back of the rod. Other than that, I would suggest trying out the cush-it big bass float.

Rage Lizard
I cant find these jokers anywhere! I guess TW is gonna get another order. I am sure I have seen them before, but now that I want some they are nowhere to be found. Has anyone seen these while you have been out and about, lately? My bass Pro, academy, and local tackle stores dont carry them.

Rage Menace?
I rig it vertically when I am fishing it on a swim jig and horizontally when I am pitching it and dragging and hopping off the bottom.

How Long Will Spike It Markers Last ?
I got one about 10 years ago and never really used it much. Found it in an old box and still works. So I wouldnt worry about it drying up, as for how much ink, im not sure. But if its on clearance, get a pack or two.

Painting Soft Plastics?
You could look at getting some acrylic paints. Acrylic is pretty much plastic. Its worth a shot to add a little color. You can get a little bottle of cheap stuff at walmart for a dollar. Make sure you get glossy paint if you try it.

Frog Rods
I have a 7' Mojo Bass and a 6'6" Berkley lightning Rod and I prefer the shorter rod. I am gonna be in the minority, but since i work my baits in a downward fashion and a lot of my frog fishing is done on the bank it keeps it from hitting the rocks/ mud if i go too far.

What's The Best Plastic To Put On The "spot Remover" Jig Head?
Anything with a skinny body. If the body is too thick you wont have enough gap in the hook to hook up with the fish. I have done really well with the trick worm and finesse worm. One ive done really well with is the Lake Fork baby Ring worm

What are good shirts that will keep the sun off of you but not going to overheat you?

Indecisive In Need Of Guidance
The helios rods are super light and Ive heard very sensitive, however I have heard they break quite a bit. Ive heard they have great customer service though, which is why I would be interested in a helios, even after hearing of some breaking. As for the Smoke, I use all right handed reeling baitcasters. A buddy of mine has a lefty and I tried it. It wasnt for me.

Jj's Magic Dip
Only place ive ever seen it is TW

Jj's Magic Dip
I have 3 bottles. one is inside a thermos with a washcloth wrapped around the inside so it doesnt break. It works really well cause it will keep it from getting super hot. I have the other 2 inside an index card box, wrapped in washcloths.

Revo S And Sx Opinions
I got a Revo S a few years ago and got another the next year. I wouldnt mind getting another, honestly. I dont think you should worry too much about the breaking system. For the Centrifugal brakes on the Revo S, its pretty much set 3 in 3 out and you are good to go. I considered the SX before getting my first S, but I was told the only real differences were the brakes and the SX is a bit lighter. They are good reels, but if you are looking for something that will cast further or smaller baits, I would consider a Lews. That being said, for the bigger baits I prefer the Revo.

Good Heavy Rod For Cheap?

Spinnerbait Skirts
You can throw those suckers on most any spinnerbait!

Big Creature/swimbaits
yeah its too pricey for me. 8" Creatures are hard to come by though. THe Hoo Daddys are not 8" but they are big bodied baits
-
Big Creature/swimbaits
TW has the Geecrack Baobab Hog (creature bait) that is 8". You only get 3 in a pack for $15 though. I would suggest the Gene Larew Hoo Daddy. Its a BIG creature.

St. Croix Mojo Or Duckett Ghost?
I feel like the reputation Carrot Sticks got after their first run has turned many many off. I dont see why someone else tried to come in and give it another go around. Sounds like they still have similar customer service though.

St. Croix Mojo Or Duckett Ghost?
I agree with gunsmoke about the Mojo. That sucker is a rod regret purchasing. I prefer my *** and Veritas to it. I am very interested in the Ghost, but I am extremely happy with my *** and Veritas rods. As SenkoGuru said, some people hate the *** handle. however I really like it. I have nothing bad to say about the ***, its one of my favorite rods. I would suggest the Veritas and *** for sure if there is something you end up not liking about the Ghost, i have not used the ghost so I can not say anything about it. I have however heard they yellow quite a bit.

Walmart Clearance...
I saw these baits last week for at least one or two more bucks. I just found the clearance aisle last week. I normally just went to the fishing and left the sporting goods, this time i looked around a bit more and found the clearance tabs. It was a good find. $94 on TW for $31. Not a bad deal in my eyes

Bps And High End Rods
The Headquarters in Springfield doesnt carry the high end stuff either. They have 10-15 Loomis, 10-15 LTB, that is the main stuff. I feel like they may have 5-10 Megabass rods there... They are not the 400+ though. I am planning on going this weekend so maybe i can give yall an update if wanted. But for the most part I feel like the others, the high priced rods would get way too much attention from everyone, which would probably result in more damage to those high priced rods. but even looking on the BPS website, they dont have the higher end stuff.

Walmart Clearance...
I know all Walmarts are completely different with clearance and stuff, but with Walmart getting all of their new goods mine had a lot on clearance to make room for the newer stuff. I would suggest looking. (Our outdoor clearance is in an aisle hidden in the middle of an aisle 3 away from the fishing stuff. They try to hide it!) I found War Eagle Trokar spinnerbaits for $1.50, wiggle Warts for $2, Luck E Strike Clunn Square Bills for $2.50. Gamakatsu EWG 5 packs for $1.50. Yall need to go check and see if you can find some good scores. Please let me know if anyone else scores some good deals.

New Frog Rod!
I am probably unlike most but I prefer a shorter rod on frogs. Not really sure why but its just my thing. Especially in the kayak you may be interested in a bit shorter too since its easier to maneuver. the 6'9" MH Veritas may be a good choice... That is probably the rod I would get, the rod I am considering getting myself.

Rod Glove
Walmart just started carrying them where I live. I got a Casting and a Spinning and after looking at the Bass Pro and Walmart ones, they seem darn near identical, except the fact that the Walmart ones are $3.
