How well you know Texas Parks & Wildlife? I have seen plenty guys busted by Game Wardens because of what has been posted on Social Media. City Police, Sheriffs,, & State Police down here do the same thing. Keith said he wants this put out there, it is.

Rollers are quite often used to cross levees down here, you actually have to leave your boat & either wrench the boat over or push the boat over. Where's Trip Weldon when you need him!

That is correct but it may not be part of "tournament waters", which is the question. I highly doubt you will find on TP&W website where it states access to the WMA is by road, rollers, or anywhere you can jump the levee. I wanted to see him jump the rollers, I've fished that area several times by crossing the rollers.

@AmmoGuy Two issues First: B.A.S.S. is NOT questioning how Keith accessed the WMA. They are questioning if the WMA is part of Toledo Bend (tournament water). Second: WMAs fall under a separate set of law than Toledo Bend. TP&W agents may have a few questions for Keith especially if there is video evidence. The rollers are the for a reason!

i can name my SINGLE favorite bass fishing technique. (to help me shop)
I love it when I set hook & the bass is big enough to set hook back! You bottom feeders know what I'm talking about.

This is exactly what Keith said in his own words on his YouTube channel. B.A.S.S. opinion was that the WMA is not part of Toledo Bend therefore Keith was not in tournament waters. Texas Parks & Wildlife's website states the WMA is adjacent to Toledo Bend. Keith is trying to justify how he got into the area when that isn't the issue.

Do y'all not comprehend the above statement? Either sliding over dry land or going over rollers we're talking 200'! If Keith hit the rollers at WOT he had better be dead center or you will be high & dry.

CATT is a bottom feeder! Once the boat comes down off of plane the first thing I grab is a Texas Rig, Wacky Rig, Shaky Head Weightless T-rig, Carolina Rig, Jig-N-Craw, Mojo Rig, Rage Rig, Drop Shot or anything that takes me to the bottom. I'm gonna be casting, flipping, pitching, punching, hopping, dragging, shaking, dead sticking, or skipping. I don't care if its grass, brush, timber, rocks, docks, pads, lay downs, shore line or off shore. I don't care if its pre- spawn, spawn, post spawn, summer, dog days, fall, winter, morning, noon, or night. Give me 2 rod-n-reels with any of the above techniques & I be happy, happy, happy!

From Texas Parks & Wildlife The North Toledo Bend WMA has 3,650 acres and is located in Shelby County, adjacent to Toledo Bend Reservoir. Some interpret this as meaning the WMA is NOT part of the lake. Others say the WMA wasn't there until the lake was formed. From SRA Visitors may access the area by vehicle as well as enter the 500 acre impoundment via a roller boat ramp which has been constructed on the 200 foot long embankment. The question is how did Keith cross the rollers?

It is my understanding that Keith was in North Toledo Bend Wildlife Management Area. This is a 3,600 acre area located on Toledo Bend Reservoir. The project includes the impoundment of a 500 acre area on lands owned and made available by the SRA of Texas. Favorite post-spawn technique for finding fish
No sir! For you Yankees they go over your head to keep your ears warm! Bass follow the same structure to & from spawning areas.

Favorite post-spawn technique for finding fish
Just like pre-spawn but in reverse

Flipping pitching rod recommendations
@casts_by_fly 2 oz & above in my opinion is a punch rod which is totally different from a pitching rod.

Favorite post-spawn technique for finding fish
Down scan/side scan Outboard moderate idle Start at spawning area & work back out towards deeper water.
