Bass Behavior?
Baby bass colored lures just happen to be a great natural colored bait. Thats the reason they get bit. Bass will eat anything they can get their mouths around.

The Ultimate Small Waters Boat
The one thing I'm kinda surprised that that boat doesn't have is a recessed foot pedal for the TM. If I had the cash burning a hole in my pocket, I'd buy it.

A BASSclary Review : Bass Pro Shops XPS Stalker Tackle Bag.
I take mine on about every fishing trip I go on. I fish...a lot. My bag doesn't have a single tear in it, worn spot, or anything out of the ordinary. Fantastic bag.

soft plastic colors??????
I stick with general shades of color instead of specific names. Green Pumpkin, Watermelon, and Junebug are probably the three I use the most.

Holiday Chroming
Awesome fish, Francho. I need to do some fishing one day up there when I take my daughters to visit their mother. Gives me another excuse to take a flight up north.

What did ya get for Christmas?
- Reel Options
A screw it. I'll buy another Citica. Then a dedicated swimbait rod and reel. Problem solved.- Tungsten weights
Eco pro used to have a fantastic price. They were the only place I bought from for a while. They raised the price enough that they're pretty much on par with the other tungsten companies now.- The Ultimate Small Waters Boat
Man I could put that thing to some great use. Cool looking little boat.- Reel Options
Have one on my primary heavy cover rod.- Reel Options
So I'm looking at getting my last reel for the year... It's between a new Citica or a Cardiff. The rod it's going on is a 7'6" flippin stick that I use for swimbaits, larger t-rigs, and light flippin and pitchin. I'll occasionally put a jig on it as well. I've never used or handled a Cardiff before. I'm just wondering if any of you guys out there have any opinions between the two. Going to be using 15 to 20 pound Hybrid on it more than likely. The swimbaits I toss range from swim senkos, dippers, up to 1 ounce hard baits. The only thing I'm wondering about is how well the Cardiff will pitch the smaller profiled pitching baits and whatnot. I've read that it's a fairly easy reel to palm, but I'm not sure how true that is. I'll also occasionally be using it for some saltwater fishing as well. Appreciate any input you guys have.- What did ya get for Christmas?
Very cool indeed, RW. Doug is a great guy to get out on the water with too.- Pline CXX
I've been using 15 and 20 pound Hybrid lately for the same basic thing. Couldn't really be happier with it.- The bait, the spot and the bass!
Great fish right there!- JJ's Magic and Plano Boxes?
Never had an issue with mine when I do that.- Punch Skirt?

Buy the widest you can find/afford. I've got a 1236 and I can stand in it without a problem. No decking, just have a wooden floor to stand on. I certainly wish it was a bit wider though. A 1242 or 1248 would be much nicer. 500 bucks should get you a decent Jon.- They call it "sagging"
Thats just wrong.- New fishing show on Versus
I'd pay a lot of money just to have that show removed from the airwaves. Theres gotta be laws against TV pollution somewhere.- Bassmaster Live Archive Footage
I love watching this stuff when I've got some free time. I'm sure you guys up north will enjoy it even more when you can't fish.
