i'd say bout time for me haha. ive been fishing this pond and only landing lil guys today started off like that caught an 8" bass on a 5" senko so i switch to a popper.never used the hula popper before so i gave it a shot. landed a 3.5 lbs 18.5" to 19" bass. so far this is my biggest to date. fishing beaverdam pond in fort ap hill in caroline, va you know i would thought it to be heavier.

if still need help leraning a like the texas rig or others you can always youtube it for video demonstration thats how i learned the t rig.

first may i say i hate you,lol and second that im jealous.for real though thats looks like a very nice place. live and fish it up!! you know the bad thing for me is behind my place we have this beautiful pond smack in the middle of nature filled with surroundings of structures in the water and that owner wont let you fish it. the overseer fishes it all the time for bass but he refuses to allow any one else. i would like to sneak back there and take pics and post it but i would get arrested for trespassing. sadly no signs posted but we already been kicked off.those but anyways your pontoon boat you set up yourself?? i no im after one of those pond prowlers from bps i want that ten footer but i think ima settle on a jonboat and rig it up something like yours.

believe me though im still new to bass fishing i was in a funk for a good period of time fishing this lake where went boats at. the owner of lake use to tease us saying we might as well sell our equipment since we still yet to catch anything. so finally this year i did the one the avatar. i was proud too my biggest so far. im still chasing the bigger ones but one day i no ill get him on that line. ive been in funks even with croakers before where they just aint biting and those fish are usually on feeding frenzy all the time. and when fishing for croakers i will have like three of my own poles out(had the share some space on the boat) and these fish are live bait fish.just shrimp or swquid and good to go but when they aint hitting they just aint hitting.but when they are man all the poles are jumping. nows that fun as long you are not on the phone. same with cats too. i was so glad to finally to pull in a lil cat from the james river close to home last year where previously i have not caught nothing. my friends did (two 50 lbs) but me nothing and on my boat. only time i actually stop fishing was when my boat went down. i wasnt in a funk but in the slumps. my heart was broken. i wish my wife was more into it she'll go but i have to everything and she only enjoy herself for an hour or so. but i dreaming of the day my son get old enough. he just about to be two and man i cant wait for our day.

you know sadly enough that the xbox 360 cant make a good fishing man the last rapala game had excellent graphics but reviews of gameplay was horrible. only if they could get the concept of real life with the real life graphics. i would have to get it on reserve.

raul where do you rate vmc's? for i use them and have no problem with but of course i havent leashed into nothing big yet.

i no i play the fishing game on zelda twilight princess all the time. my best fishing game ever own was bass landing on ps1 it came with a rod too and man virtually hard. like most fishing games you can see the fish or shadows this one nope nothing. u have to fish just like in real life off of boat. from shallow to deep with the proper lure and technique.. even when reeling in the fish u dont see it just you fighting it and when brought in then he lifts it up to see what species you caught cause it just wasnt all bass.

thats like that in va too misquitos are real bad this year they ate off my bug spray the more i wear the more they liked it. but on the real i never tried but people i no swear by dryer sheets what brand not sure but the say rub it on then carry it inyour pockets. like i said never tried but my friend always used it when we do masonry work in wooded areas

i like booyah and like the way stanley wedges spinners look. i asked around for the luminex (i think i got that right) skirts that glenn mentioned but no store i no of have em. i might see if my local tackle shop can order for me. i also cannot find any good colorado spinners in my stores either. so i might just by the replacement blades and do my own with spinners that i can interchange cause for some reason i dont seem to never order online i always figure can find it in stores and what have to wait for the shipping. so i need to start. question bout tux and tails do they affect the trailer like a boogie tail any?

i no for me, i just got into those super brush hogs it seems like when little bass hits it they go for the tails so u dont have to worry bout hauling lil guys in at least for me so far. one thing i do need to know is the brush hog a bottom lure, swim bait, or both? also whatsthe best way to rig one? i did texas rig. so far my colors i got for them is junebug and watermelon red.

that i do agree they do tear easily but for the most part i love em and will still buy them. i want to try the swim senko too. has anyone tried it?

pleco can survive in natural waters?

i use 8lb sufix elite in the green. my only problem is the knot tying especially on jigs. but everything else about is good to me. casting is real good. i was going to try gamma. but i think my next line is going to be xps flouro. i want to try that i have the 10lb seagaur carbon pro on my president xt and dont care for it.
