  5. add a little more to it and state some things that would truly make you stand out in a group. Also state how you will help the sponsor.
  6. if your just going to discount what im saying then go ahead and buy that boat. Let me know in a few months when you see some of the deals im talking about on craigslist, how you feel about what you bought.
  7. get the cumara or the avid, i have 1 of each and they are both great. For the money id say you wont find anything as good.
  8. My setups are my tools, but i treat them as good as i can but i still use them and they get some wear and tare.
  9. just look around on craigslist. My 17.5 ft procraft with a perfect running 1978 115 hp outboard was 2 grand. My new boat was a little bit more but then again its alot newer. The procraft did everything and more then that boat you put up will do. Look around and dont rush it and you will find awesome deals.
  10. heck no, you are getting ripped off. You can get a full blown 17 ft fiberglass boat with 100+ hp easily for 2 grand.
  11. If you take your time, you can find an awesome fiberglass boat for 15k and i mean an awesome 1-4 year old boat.
  12. just remeber that a medium heavy g.loomis is equal to like a medium in most other brands.
  13. id take gear but if its a new lake to you then id use the electronics to image parts of the lake that you find on a topo map.
  14. due to the prices im loving my 1996 nitro 170tf with a 115hp engine. The boat hits 57mph with me in it and thats good enough for me for what the boat cost.
  15. I carry a few. Mostly yamamoto kreatures and some knock offs of it and then beaver style baits.
  16. yep, hes one of the best.
  17. you can fish a tube pretty much in the exact same ways that you can fish any type of jig or soft plastic. Hop, swim, drag, etc...
  18. it honestly wouldn't shock me, the man has been around for a while.

get the bps 100mph suit, its amazing.
  21. Check out his stockpile of gear if he lets you in his trailer. Its impressive to say the least. The man has gear from every decade since the early 1900's probably.
  22. i would say that each man would have to submit a resume. If it was a larger team such as a college team then you could get a sponsor for the whole team.
  23. I would recommend Wayne also, half the time i go, he will fix my rod or clean my reel on the spot and send me off with it in perfect working condition in about 40 mins. A great guy to talk with and deal with.
  24. latly from what ive seen id have to say a dropshot rigged worm would be a perfect lure.
  25. If you cant accept rejection then have fun in the game called life. Just send your resume to all the companies you believe in and hope for the best.
