  1. Crap until last week and we're on the verge of getting frozen over this week.
  2. The only thing I really like about BPS is the 6 pay deal. If it's not a big ticket item worthy of it, it's ordered from TW.
  3. Berkley Lightning Rod and spend the rest on a aluminum framed reel.
  4. Fried grits and eggs Chili soup and grilled ham and cheese. Fried white bass, mac and cheese and broccoli.
  5. It's hard to stay home when it's like this!
  6. I use mine for picking a bank apart with a spinnerbait.
  7. BPS has a few in the Tourney line and the Bionic Blade line. Both decent sticks for the price.
  8. 99 Frontier (V6) and I have towed a Tracker 175TX with no issues. I tow my 14 footer and don't even know it's back there unless I'm going up hill.
  9. Couple of reels (regular and fly). A couple of rods (regular and fly). No issues with either.
  10. Stop and help, if possible, 100 percent of the time. Sucks being broken down.
  11. Looks like the weather is going to warm up a bit, so that might spark them up again.
  12. You didn't miss much, I don't think! looks like you guys have been doing pretty good, though.
  13. Biggest surprise: Lake Fork Ring Fry Biggest disappointment: Flukes. One fish all year. A white bass.
  14. Out today on 'coon. VERY slow. Water is now in the upper 40s in places warming to 50ish. The water is a little mudded up and they are starting to draw down. Caught 4 fish in 8 hours. Caught fish on crankbaits and one jig fish. Used C-rig, A-rig, spinner bait, buzzbait, jig, 3xd, 5xd, 6xd and other assorted baits. The tourney winner had 5.4 pounds.
  15. I've got one and have caught a few fish on it. They will dive, just not too deep.
  16. TX rigged all spring and early summer. I don't C-rig them, but I will next year.
  17. Given the choice, I think that I will buy all silent from now on just to have something different.
  18. I have the crankbait rod. If I broke it tomorrow, I would order another one tomorrow night.
  19. This one. That's a 14 inch bag zipper to zipper.
