  4. This is not a new thing, just more players are doing it these days. John Elway is the earliest I can remember, but I would bet there was many before him.
  5. Im thinking the panda is gonna have a real long recovery for that ear infection..
  6. My point was back then it was never a cakewalk to the finals like it has been. Jordan never ripped thru the playoffs and dominated the finals, there was always a test. The Lakers of the late 90s early 2000s were a couple robert Horry shots from going home. The celts of the 80s were tested in tough 6-7 game series, often, as were those 80s lakers. That element of the playoffs, and nba is gone. Now its, let's play 82 and we know it's gonna be cavs and gs. That's really a newer phenomena and a result of a non competitive product.
  7. But it has been more competitive in the past. Between the cavs and warriors they lost 1 game leading up to the finals. That screams no competitive balance. Even in my favorite era, the celts and Lakers always had a dog fight to get to the finals, with the sixers, pistons, hawks, bucks always giving the celts a run and houston always there.

  11. Personally, I can tell you there are 3 horrible places to get poison oak..the obvious crotch area, I remember scratching my groin with a hairbrush, the eyes, mine swelled shut, and probably the worst, between the fingers. Unbelievably hard to scratch there. I used to be a land surveyor, and would get oak, sumac and ivy constantly.
  12. I predict a trophy presentation.
  13. That is truly a beautifully colored pickerel. ?
  14. First is money, second, in a multiple game series the better team almost always wins, whereas a one game eliminarion, the better team on that day wins.
  15. Next you'll have to eat your FIRST hot dog!
  16. You would also need to know the farm where it came from and the steps in between. With hamburger, what was once on the outside of the meat is now on the inside. http://www.consumerreports.org/cro/food/how-safe-is-your-ground-beef
  17. You guys with the pink, undercooked burgers...not the gamble I'm willing to take. Pink in a steak is ok, but pink in a burger is dangerous.
  18. I'm gonna have to get my hands on some sport peppers to try them out, love peppers as condiments.
