I got a treble in the back of my hand, under the ligament for my middle finger, with a thrashing fish digging it deeper. My brother and I tried cutting and pulling that sucker out, but it wasn't coming, it was stuck under the ligament. A trip to the ER with a Heddon torpedo attached to the back of my hand was interesting.

Sounds like your company is cutting costs by getting rid of positions and delegating that work to the employees that kept their jobs. It happened at a salaried position I held around ten years ago. I worked more and more for the same pay..until I escaped and never looked back.
