I got the gold Supreme XT too while BPS had their clearance. Initial impressions so far seems nice reel.

I have 5600C4 I bought for cats a few years ago. Didnt really use it much maybe twice and actually put it back in its box. Well end of last year got it out for bassin and used it for tossing 1/2oz jigs.

WTH! i thought it was cold in a place like Illinois?! I'm in northern PA and our lakes and ponds are still completely froze around here! i mean froze solid right to the banks, its not even starting to thaw away from shore! i just need to get out and at least cast for a while Im in the WTH department too on this. Im in Rockford IL and there is a 26 acre lake 2 miles from me. I checked it yesterday at 3:30pn and its still iced over.

Yep those are it. In my link a number of people got charges on their card months after their initial order. Things started getting shipped to them they didnt order all charged to them. That right there turned me away.

That is how I tie to my bc. Never been close to being spooled though guess you have to know what you will be up against.

Go for the Supreme XT its a good deal right now. For some reason my luck with a Shimano (Stradic ) hasnt been all that good. So rather hesitant to get another Shimano reel but did look at them Sahara Symetre Stradic but then the deal on the Supreme XT came up hit on it. I have reels from many companies so not really partial to any just what works the best for me.

I bought my 1st spool of Yo-Zuri Hybrid Ultra-soft a few days ago, going on spinning reel, so will be finding out how good the stuff works. Im going from braid to flouro though on just this one reel.

I throw 1/8oz jigs easy with a $70 Pinnacle bc w/ 6'6" Med F rod 20# PowerPro. The reel is 8 years old even, so shouldnt need to break the bank getting a set-up for this weight.

Well if he is left broke after the 20% down he doesnt need to be buying that 2nd home then. Sound like the bank did the correct thing. We dont know how much he owes on the 1st house payment per month, his income, if he has other dept but the bank must and made the call. Just from the highlighted statement have to agree with bank. Last score of mine I checked was 830 I could put %30 on a 300K house but the monthly payment and property taxes for another house would bankrupt me. Prop taxes on 300K here is $9000/y
