I have had over 10 different pairs of Oakley's before making the switch to Costa's. 2 years in and I haven't picked up any other pair I own. Still have 2 of them laying around. That being said, if protection is what you are looking for, I only use HiDefSpex for my target shooting! Jeff

There will be some women there. I know Mike's bride Julie will be there, but she fishes. Same with Keri, Glenn's much better half. FD's wife is coming. I know of at least 3 other women, but I am pretty sure they all fish. I remember some others saying their wies will be there..... I don't kow about other activities though. Jeff Jeff

About half of the members that come do not have boats. Everyone will end up on a boat and fish. Come on! Jeff

Tinboats.net is your place. And go aluminum. That is the way I did my current boat. My previous one was sealed untreated plywood, and I would not suggest that! Jeff

I fish the 854 GLX as my Jig rod and have fished an 854 NRX. Main differences I noticed were the split grip and that was about it. MANY people say they are like fishing a "real" rod compared to a broomstick. It might have been lighter. It might have been more sensative. But to say they are lightyears away??? I dont think so. I do not own an NRX, nor do I plan to. It might just be the 854 rod, but in my opinion they are not worth the extra $$. Jeff
