They do grow up fast I was gone as you know for a few months when I seen my boys they seemed so big and different my Noah will be going to pre K this year also I'm not gonna be there for the first few month of it.

Rage craws are my go to for trailers I just bite off a bit to make it the right length where in upstate NY did you find this place I know of a few but like you described but there posted or fenced off.

I love fishing timber its my favorite cover to fish. For me its hard to beat a jig but then again jig is my go to for every situation but if I find a tree or branches that broke off in storms and are now in the water I almost always get a fish off it with a jig crashing in and all around it.

I'v always had luck with crank baits, jerkbait/slashbaits like Xraps, husky jerks, and smithwick rouges. Are you on a boat or shore bound?

Thanks guys, I'm back in Kuwait already sitting at the airport waiting for a ride I sure didn't miss this heat its 10pm and 105* out. Noah's going fishing again today with his papa to help take his mind off me being gone. He went to the airport to drop me off and was fine all the way there saying goodbye he told me where I was going and what I was doing but soon as I started to walk away he freaked out I almost missed my flight calming him down saying bye.

Well last night we had a long talk laying in bed and after the wedding shes not gonna hang out with him anymore because she said its not fair to me. She said if it was the other way around and I had a lady friend she would be ticked so its not fair to me that she has a friend like that while I'm gone. She promised to start emailing me everyday again because she had stopped we had a thing I kept up with it she let it slip but we both sent each other a email everyday while I was gone I still did it every day I set time aside to email her and was always sending packages home for her and the boys or flowers for her and I have only gotten 1 care package sense iv been gone so she swore to step it up and start writing me more. So hopefully she keeps her word and wont hang out with him anymore I got a guy on the inside that plays on the same football team as him in the local adult league and frequents the same bar so if anything is going on he will know about it and he happens to be my best friend and was my best man in our wedding, He said he knew about them being friends and said he had already keeping an eye and ear out looking out for me.

Took my oldest son Noah out to do some last minute fishing before I head back this afternoon for Kuwait. It started off slow so he was spending more time throwing sticks and rocks in the water then fishing. After about a half hour I decided it was time to move. We took off and stopped at one of my secret spots my father showed me when I was younger for good crappie and pike. He was exited to fish there because it required a short walk threw the woods he kept asking if we could go hunting there in the fall for coyotes. Once we got to the water I seen the water levels were up and it was quite muddy stained water. We fished on that bank for a few minutes and I made the call to walk back out and try off the small bridge by where we parked. I knew of some structure that was below the bridge that might have had some fish on it. I casted to this old stove I knew was down there handed the rod over to Noah and in a few short seconds he started screaming he had one so he reeled it up and sure enough he had a big fat blue gill. That was the only one we had got to bite there so we took off again stoped at the corner store got him some chocolate milk I got some cookies and a red bull(great combo I know) then headed to another spot I fished every single day as I was growing up. Same deal as before the water levels were up but it was crystal clear. It had changed alot sense I was a kid most of the bank had eroded so being the role model I am I threw him on my back and told him to hold on tight. I climbed down and got on the only slab there was still out of the water. I used to stop here everyday after school and fish my best friend Clay and I would hide our poles and tackle boxes in the bushes before school then after school when we were "studying" we would climb down get our gear and fish all day till our parents came looking/yelling for us. So I showed him the spot but it was to swift for the tackle I brought for Noah so we didnt stay long and moved to the top side. Once we got to the top side above the waterfalls we fished behind the library( another ploy I used growing up telling mom I was doing homework at the library) There were some kids there fishing already maybe 8-10 years old. We tossed in Noah's worm I handed it over to him and a few moments later his bobber went down and he started freaking out and reeled in another big bluegill. The kids already there were amazed he had caught one so quick they had been there an hour they said and couldn't get a bite on night crawlers so my son gave them a pinch of his worms we use Gulp! red worms. We moved down the bank a little bit and worked another patch of cat tails and lilly pads and Noah got another big bluegill. When he got the 2nd gill from this spot he spooked a bunch of young swans out of the cat tails he thought that was the coolest thing but it started up the "why?" stage. We went back to where he caught the first gill by the other kids and he had a few good sized bass go for his worm but he missed them they looked in the 2-3# range I wish he coulda got one but also glad he didn't because I'm not sure his pole could hold up to it there was a lot of weeds and cover for them to wrap up in. He ended up getting 1 more big gill from this spot and he reeled it in and then ran around with it on his line showing off he thought he was king shi on turd hill lol out fishing them older kids. After that he had to use the mens room and normally id have him whip it out and water the grass but probably not the best choice on main street by a library and a family having a picnic so we had to leave. We stopped at one more spot in town with no luck but he seen some geese and wanted to chase them so I let him run after the geese then we left for 1 more spot. After his goose chasing marathon we took off to fish another spot on the lake he ended up falling asleep as we pulled in to park and I made the mistake of waking him up cuz boy was he cranky lol. He was fine while we fished but he was more interested in playing with the garbage people had left behind then fishing. We caught a Goby at this spot and he squeezed the heck outa it lol oh well just a goby. I told him we had to get going for lunch and pick up some zucchini and cherry tomatoes from the farm stand and he just started balling and throwing a temper tantrum wanting saying he didn't wanna eat he wanted to fish all day. I dealt with it and fished for maybe 5 more minutes before I just packed up and carried him to the car kicking and screaming because he started to not listen to me and was throwing garbage in the lake. Once we were in the car he was fine and when we got to the farm stand it was all over and he was in a hunting mood because the farmers boy were out shooting 3D bow targets so he started bugging me about hunting. Other then his little drama queen moment it was a great day

hell I don't care if he is friendzoned by my wife lol I trust her I don't trust him and I am a very trusting person I like to give everyone the benefit of doubt and try not to let stuff get to me because there is nothing I can do to change it if its gonna happen its gonna happen regardless of what the situation is.

there are some awesome Ballistic calculator apps for most smart phones that are pretty spot on you can put in all the info and it does all the work I tested it on my .243 and my .17HMR. The .243 was always right what it said it would be the .17was off but mostly in the wind drift 5mph will blow them little 17gr bullets all over the place. I use Ballistic:FTE(Field Tactical Edition) because it has a lot of the military surplus rounds that my nephew shoots and I'v used it for my M4 to see if it was the same as whats set in the ACOG.

Then right in front of him she started to tear him apart about his looks and how he acts and such so it made me feel better. I still have my guard up and I realize my wife does need friends and she doesn't get along with women at all so shes always had close guy friends so must be the case again. They even got the guys mother involved and pointed out it would be pretty evil to be driving around her truck to his house and cheat on when her truck is plastered with all the army wife stickers and license plates not to mention she just got a tattoo matching mine and wants to get another one of fishing hooks shaped in a heart for me to show blah blah blah i love fishing she loves me so shes getting hooks in a heart shape idk. So maybe for once my gut was wrong which it has never lead me astray but there's a first for everything time will tell either it was right and she is truly a evil caniving you know what or I was wrong. Still she was disrespectful but shes been making up for it today and more tonight once the kids fall asleep.

Him and my sister have a drunkin flings and i guess he had a gf not to long ago but then they said the dudes bi idk hes over right now you can tell hes nervous. around me cuz i snuck in after fishing with my oldest son as the old saying goes guns dont kill people husbands who come home early do. and they wernt even on the same couch when i snuck around to come in the back.

yeah there has been several divorces or soon to be ones already with guys just in my platoon alone. Her parents are constantly hounding her there more worked up then I m they told her if she messes this up they would dis own her and would rather have me as a son then her as a daughter. Hopefully there just friends she has always had guy friends that were just friends so hopefully this is the case but she still acts funny which is worrying me. Its probably a good thing iv been off the lifting supplements and testosterone booster for almost 2 months now cuz I would of probably killed the guy if i was still on all that stuff lol.

It's been addressed probably 100 times over the last 2 months everyday. She says they are just "friends" but for being "friends" she acts awfully weird about it. I'v meet the guy he came over with my sister to watch movies the other night it took every ounce i had not to drill him in the face after shaking his hand. But for the last 2 months like while I was gone my wife stopped talking to me and when we did talk she would pick a easy fight and quickly revert to divorce is the only way to solve it which makes me think she has another guy then I came home and found out there is another guy shes been hanging out with. Shes usually with my sister when she hangs out with this guy but I don't trust my sister. Shes open about having him as a friend and he made the effort to come meet me and assure me nothings going on but it still seems fishy all she does is talk about this Brandon guy and goes over to his house almost every night or to pick him up from the bar and either doesn't come home or gets home at 4 in the morning. I told her the other day she couldn't go over to his house she just laughed at me and when we got home she got all dolled up and left till 3am and she left at 8pm. She wont let me see her phone either when I ask to see what they are texting about all day. it just seems very odd. I'm most worked up about because shes going to a wedding with this guy Saturday and she looks AMAZING in the dress shes wearing to it a tiny low cut black dress with some like 8" red stilleto's. I think its a little much but they swear there just going as friends its his sisters wedding. I just have a weird feeling about the whole thing maybe its just a stage shes in she is young and she does always go with my sister who just turned 21 and is all about partying and drinking and we did get married really young I was 21 she was 18 about to turn 19 never got to really party even though she was a hard partier in high school as was I but I'm over it i grew up settled down and started my family. every time we talk about it and if shes cheating she freaks saying she never would ans i cant say anything sense I was the one who did leave her 3 years ago for 2 months and was sleeping with some one else. IDK hopefully im just over reacting but there's a lot of red flags that say I'm probably right.

I am to an extent but not crazy with numbers I don't have that good of a memory to remember all kinds of loads I know what my .243 can do my 20ga and my m4 the army issued me my.17hmr is finicky always shoots tight but seems to change each season I need to raise or lower POA a few clicks on scope.

Iv read reports of some far shots on black bear with the round hand loads pushing Berger and federal pills droping bear DRT out to 430yds I think was the farthest report iv seen. I haven't looked up the ballistics for the .243/6mm in a while I know what mine will do out to 500yds and can make it happen I don't shooting anything bigger then a coyote with mine. I know wind drift and drop is alot less then 7.62/.308 rounds at 1000. If I had 1000yds of line of site I'd try to shoot mine that distance but 550 is max shot for me ad that's with my feet in the horse pasture to max it out best I can lol.
