  1. You guys don't have a PR or customer service type person? So far what I have read isn't very confidence inspiring.
  2. So what is your relation to E21/Carrotstix?
  3. You could meet all your requirements with a bay boat, the problem being cost. If you're willing to give up speed, check out the NauticStar bay boats and you can stay close to your price range. If not, prepare to spend some money.
  4. I run one of these But I also pull multiple trailers so I have a use for it. If all you're going to pull is your boat, figure out the drop you need and get a regular drop hitch. I'd get a locking pin too, hitches seem to grow legs and walk off
  5. I hit a hog with my utility trailer and it bent the fender into the tire. Same spot as yours just a little wider groove. If it makes you feel any better, that same tire has been to Texas and Georgia now with no problems
  6. I was thinking about fishing oakley big bass down here, I guess I'll have to call to find out more about their rule. My boat doesn't have a plate, boats over 20' aren't required to have one
  7. I used to have a hard time walking frogs. Tried it on a few different rods until I found one I could walk it much easier with. For me I like a rod that has a softer tip. Sometimes I do better just popping the frog instead of walking it.
  8. I saw you mentioned fishing bays, if you plan on fishing saltwater much I'd look for one with a galvanized or aluminum trailer. The painted steel trailers hate salt.
  9. I like the Breathe Like a Fish gear. I like the regular Buff brand when it's cooler out.
  10. That's awesome! Britt and I will have to come check it out some time, I'm sure she'll out fish me again too. Hope everything is going well.
  11. I know quite a few people running them with zero issues.
  12. I have a stereo in my boat. I don't use it very often when fishing, usually when out cruising or at the island.
  13. I agree with the last two posts. Use the spool tension knob just to remove side to side play in the spool. From there crank up the brakes and start casting. Back off the brakes a little with each cast until you're happy with the way it casts and doesn't over run.
  14. How do you go from telling people they need butthurt cream to being completely butthurt yourself to the point of leaving the forum?
  15. Come on down to Florida with 12# mono and see how far it gets you. Lowest braid I use is 40#, most is 65#. I know a lot of guys switching to 80# for flipping in the thick stuff
  16. You're on the right track with a revolver. If a round doesn't fire for some reason there's no need to clear the malfunction, just pull the trigger again. If your local range rents guns, take her and let her shoot a few different sizes, some of the smaller guns can be a little snappy and hard to control for some women. Something like a S&W Bodyguard might be perfect if she's ok with the smaller size, and they include a laser as well if you think that might help her.

Figured I'd share a few more to keep this thread going...
  18. Wore it for a few hours today and it's comfortable and it's not even broken in yet. Very adjustable and lifetime warranty too. My only complaint is that the edges are still kind of sharp on the leather. I'm going to give it a couple weeks to break in and if they're still bothering me I'll hit them with some sandpaper. It's great with an under shirt, but here in FL it's too hot and I'd rather not have to wear one. Edit - Quick shipping too, I ordered on the 1st and it got here today.
  19. Just got a new holster for my Shield
  20. Sounds similar to an automotive trade show called PRI, always a good time but people not in the industry aren't included.
  21. I came here to post 7ft MH, looks like everyone beat me to it.
  22. have you looked into cerekote? I know they can do camo so maybe they can do other patterns too
