  1. Zoom lizards watermelon red chart, or Zoom baby brush hogs black red.
  2. Richards Sport Goodies, lol
  3. Yes, it is an amazing product. They did a great job in getting the market for a great product at an amazing price. I need a few more myself, but the wife tells me otherwise, lol.
  4. Got a great deal on some Bomber baits. On sale from $5.99 to $3, and they are buy 3 get 1 free. Got me 4 today. Gonna go get me about 8 more tomorrow.
  5. My tourney rigs are taken down once a year for a complete clean and relube, and oil on the spool bearings after every tourney (if used). My everday rig (and I do mean just about every day), is taken down every 6 months, and a drop of oil on the spool bearings once a month.
  6. I wouldnt worry too much about IPT, it changes depending on how much line is on the spool. Just worry about the ratios, and use them for your basis of use.
  7. As long as its not exposed to UV light your good.
  8. You fish with spinning reels, which dont go through the beating like a baitcaster does. By this I mean the spool bearings on a baitcaster do a whole lot of spinning between casting and reeling, so they need a drop of oil once a month.
  9. Dont let the lure touch the bottom. Swim a swimbait, or a lizard around. Right now the bass are going nuts for shallow crankbaits and swimbaits.
  10. Black, bone, clear, whatever, they are going to hit it. I personally throw the Zara Spook in that silver/transparent. I have rattle, and one knockers, both great.
  11. Honestly, whatever you feel more comfortable fishing with. If you dont think its going to be strong enough, dont use it. I dont fish many crankbaits, but when I do, I use my 50E that is mounted on a 6'8 Compre MH/F Worm and Jig rod. In fact, I have been using it the past week because the fish have been exploding on these squarebills. I just set the drag appropriatly, and havent lost a fish yet. Faught a 5.5lber the other day.
  12. Im gonna have to agree. At $15 for 600yds, I dont think you can compete.
  13. A good stout MH/H rod with an XF tip, some 50-65# braid, and a good 7 ratio reel will do great. Also, the addition of the HawgHandle is a good. Look for open spots in mats or lilly pads.
  14. I cant help it. There is a canal every 100ft down here. Its like putting twinkies all over the place for fat kids. lol
  15. I just peed myself laughing.
  16. There are canals all along Sawgrass and 27. Just use Google Earth and look around for water, thats what I do. Always trying new spots.
  17. Dont buy line off the bay, or used/leftover for that matter. Thats prob what happened to you.
  18. 5 times a month? I fish 5 times a week! lol
  19. Have both the E and G Citica. The E to me feels better handling wise. Performance wise, I think they are just about equal after a good flush and lube.
  20. I would either go straight 12# YoZuri, because its cheap enough to respool if you backlash a lot. Or, if you are well skilled, you could go the Tatsu route. If you want a best of both worlds setup, you could use a good braid like Power Pro in a 50#, and you could leader in a mono/fluoro line if needed.
  21. Get the Ardent reel kit. Just make sure you flush the spool bearings, then add a drop of oil to them, and if you use it a lot, then just add a drop every month or so. Also, make sure you keep a thin coat of grease on the brake drum.
  22. Anything MH XF will do just fine. If you fish real heavy slop, might want to bump to a H.
  23. Pretty much black all tye time down here. If its a real sunny day, I may try a chart color.
  24. I use the black for tye Chronarch E, silver for the Curado E. So since the Curado is pictured, I will have to say silver.
